Love it!
Not only does this get all kinds of hair out and is so easy to clean but my cat loves it so much she follows me around when I have the brush and rubs up against it when its just laying around. I wish I had this years ago!

Cat loves it
Our cat Eddie hasn't had the easiest life; we took him in as a stray, and he'd been through the mill. The vet diagnosed him with a "sensitivity" to fleas, and even though our flea control product works well, all it takes is a single bite to kick off the itchies.
He *loves* this brush! Purrs, turns his head so I can get under his chin, actually likes the bristles on his head. I'm very glad I bought this!

Wonderful brush for my GSD
I have been looking for what would be the counter part of a curry comb for my GSD Fineas. I have a Fur B but hesitate to use it that often as I think it snaps his hair. He loves this brush (it must feel really good to him) and so do my cats. You just don't use as much pressure when you use it on the cats because their coat is short and I think the bristles would hurt them, but it works great. The price is reasonable also.

A Real Pet Brush
Our cat Sweetpea sees the brush in our hands and
she comes running for her grooming. She loves it.
Plus, this brush is much easier to handle and is very
comfortable to use. We use it in conjunction with flea
spray and it works perfectly to get down in Sweetpea's
heavy fur. I would recommend this brush for all who
want to enjoy grooming their pet again.

Cat allergic to Slicker Brush!!
I have two cats that are allergic to the slicker brush itself. I have been using on one cat for a couple years and he has been getting things on his skin that he itches and itches and then they scab over. Could never figure out what he was allergic to. Then I used the Slicker brush on one of my other cats and low and behold the next day he had the same things on his skin so come to find out the cats are allergic to the Slicker brush itself. I will quit using it altogether now!! It is an excellent product and works wonderfully but my cats are allergic to it!!!! I wonder how many other people have this problem?

How does this work on short-haired dogs, I'm wondering if it would legit help my with my Boston Terrier and her shedding. I find her dog hair EVERYWHERE!!!!

Does it work well for poodles

I have been raising poodles for 45 years and the slicker brush is a must! Of course a poodle must be brushed a minimum of at least twice weekly and I do their ears daily. No other type brush works at all. And even the slicker brush will not work on bad matting, but normally a poodle raiser would not skip brushing so as to let bad matting happen. It does work on simple small matting okay.

I have a Bihon and he does not like it. I am not sure if it hurts him or not. His hair is much like poodles. I would love to hear from others on their experiences. I sometimes just wonder if he is trying to get out of the brushing.

The slicker brush is great for removing loose fur and also for removing mats. The combo brush is good for everyday grooming.
