PetMed Express, Inc. reserves the right to cancel, expire or modify promotional offers or giveaways at any time without notice. Promotional offers are not applicable on tax, shipping or any other added fees. Coupons and promotional discounts cannot be combined with other offers or be redeemed for cash. Promotional discounts are limited to 1 use per customer while supplies last unless specified otherwise. Minimum spend amount for certain promotional offers excludes tax and shipping. Further limitations such as max savings may apply. Offers are not valid on previous purchases.

For new PetMed Express, Inc. customer promotions and giveaways, unless we expressly communicated otherwise, such promotions are available only to new users that have never had a PetMed Express, Inc. account before. It is a violation of these Terms and Conditions to sign up for a PetMed Express, Inc. account and seek such promotion if you created a PetMed Express, Inc. account in the past.

AutoShip Terms and Conditions

 By signing up for AutoShip & Save, you agree to accept these terms and conditions ("Terms") for our AutoShip subscription ordering program ("AutoShip"). Please note that your use of the PetMeds website or mobile app is also governed by our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy as well as all other applicable terms, conditions, limitations and requirements on the PetMeds website, all of which (as changed over time) are incorporated into these Terms. By placing an order and enrolling in our AutoShip program, you accept these terms, conditions, limitations and requirements. The Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and PetMed Express, Inc. (and, including with respect to RX products, PetMeds Pharmacy, LLC, "PetMeds") relating to our AutoShip program. Please read these Terms carefully.

Benefits

By purchasing product(s) from PetMeds and enrolling in our AutoShip program, you authorize continuous shipments of such products and may select how often you would like your product(s) delivered to you. You may change your periodic delivery schedule at any time (including on a one-time basis), as well as your shipping address, payment method, and products included in the program by providing proper notice to us. Additionally, when you purchase certain products designated as AutoShip eligible, and enroll in the AutoShip subscription program for such products, you will save an additional percentage on each subsequent shipment.

PetMeds reserves the right to change AutoShip subscription terms at any time in its sole discretion, including discount amounts and eligibility used to determine discount amounts; provided, however, PetMeds will not change the price of your first shipment once you have authorized an order as set forth in these Terms. PetMeds may in its sole discretion change the price of your selected goods on subsequent shipments. Some of the offer details may also change as you receive deliveries over time (for example, taxes, availability, shipping charges). PetMeds may also terminate your AutoShip subscription if the selected good(s) are not reasonably available.

Notifications; Automatic Order Creation; Order Changes or Cancellation

When you place your initial order for a product and enroll in our AutoShip subscription program, you will receive a notice that your AutoShip subscription has been created and your first order will be processed. Your first order will be processed immediately, and your selected payment method will be charged at the time the order is placed. Your AutoShip subscription will thereafter automatically renew, thereby creating a new order according to your chosen delivery schedule, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time via Clicking on the Cancel button on www.1800petmeds.com, via the Manage AutoShip tab, which can be found in Your Account, or by calling Customer Service at 800-738-6337.

PetMeds may in its sole discretion change your delivery schedule for your AutoShip subscription program. For all AutoShip subscription orders after your first order, you will receive a pre-shipment email notification reminding you of your upcoming shipment up to 96 hours prior to shipment, the AutoShip item(s) and price(s), the period available to make changes to your order and the scheduled ship date. You can edit or cancel your order during the period beginning upon receipt of such email notification and ending 12:00 AM the day preceding your designated ship date (i.e., the day prior to your ship date). If you do not cancel the order before the day prior to your ship date, you are thereby authorizing your order, and a credit card authorization hold will be placed on the payment method used to create your subscription or updated payment method you may provide. You will see a pending charge during this time as we prepare your order. There is no need to call or update any information online when you see this pending charge.

Credit Card Authorizations and Charges

By signing up for a PetMeds AutoShip subscription program or PetMeds’s and providing your credit or debit account number, including any substitute account you later specify or your financial institution later provides (“Payment Method”), you: (1) expressly agree to permit us to charge your Payment Method on a recurring basis, in the amount stated in the notice, and as described below; (2) promise that the Payment Method is legitimate, open and active, (3) that you are an authorized user for the Payment Method; and (4) are providing continuing authorization that will remain in full force and effective until the earlier of your withdrawal of consent to these automatic recurring charges (which may be made at any time), or the expiration of your Payment Method.

If any single charge is refused/dishonored, such amount is immediately due and payable from you and the failure to pay such amount may result in the cancellation of your AutoShip subscription.

If the payment due date authorized herein falls on a weekend or holiday, you understand that the payment may be executed on the next business day. You understand that because payment is made as an electronic transaction, the funds may be charged to your Payment Method each period as soon as the noticed transaction date. Any transaction rejected for Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF) will be subject to a fee of up to $25(as permitted by law with such fees being determined by the state in which you reside), which you authorize PetMeds to electronically charge to your Payment Method through a separate transaction. If the amount due is not timely paid, your AutoShip subscription may be cancelled, as set forth in these Terms & Conditions. You understand that PetMeds may at its discretion attempt to reinitiate any rejected or unsuccessful charge up to two times. You further understand that the financial institution for your Payment Method may impose fees in connection with rejected payments, and you agree that PetMeds does not have any liability for such fees.

In the event that PetMeds or its payment processor makes an error in processing a payment, you authorize PetMeds to correct the error by crediting or debiting the Payment Method in the amount of such error on or after the date such error occurs. If there is any missing or erroneous information with respect to the Payment Method or the associated financial institution, you authorize PetMeds to verify and correct such information.

PetMeds will submit periodic charges (e.g. monthly) to your chosen Payment Method without further authorization from you, until you provide prior notice at any time that you wish to cancel or to change your Payment Method. Approximately 24 hours prior to your designated ship date, your order will be authorized, and a payment authorization hold will be placed on your chosen payment method. Once your order is processed, your payment method will be charged for the authorized amount. For clarification purposes only, a payment authorization hold is not an actual charge, i.e, if an authorization hold is placed for $49 on January 1 and your payment method is charged $49 on January 2 when your order is shipped, you will only see one actual charge on your payment method on January 2 for $49. An authorization hold may impact the amount of remaining credit available to you under your chosen payment method.

The origination of electronic transactions must comply with the provisions of U.S. law and applicable card network rules. Each payment will be processed in U.S. dollars, and, if it is converted into another currency, its amount may vary based on fluctuations in the applicable conversion rate.

Pricing; Payment; Renewal; Cancellation

The amount you are ultimately charged for a product delivered pursuant to our AutoShip subscription program will be the price of that item as stated in the pre-shipment email notification you receive. Once your order has shipped, your chosen credit card or other payment method will be billed this amount. You will not be charged until your order ships. The total cost charged to your payment method for each AutoShip order will be the price of the item on that day, less the AutoShip & Save discount or any other discount, if applicable, plus any applicable shipping charges and sales tax. Any credit balances on your 1800PetMeds.com customer account may be applied toward the balance of your order before charging any remaining balance to your payment method.

The charge for each AutoShip subscription shipment will be billed to the payment method used to create your subscription or as otherwise directed by you. If we are unable to complete your AutoShip order with the payment method you used to create your subscription, we will notify you and give you the opportunity to add another payment method in your account for your AutoShip order.

Your subscription will remain in effect until it is cancelled. You can cancel at any time via AutoShip Manager, which can be found in Your Account or by calling Customer Service at 800-738-6337. Your authorization pursuant to this Terms & Conditions in no way limits any right you may have under federal law to stop payment of a preauthorized electronic transfer by contacting your financial institution. You agree to notify PetMeds in the manner stated above of any changes to your Payment Method, or termination of your authorization, at least three (3) days prior to your next billing date.

Agreement Changes

We may, in our sole discretion, change these Terms, (including all applicable terms, conditions, limitations and requirements on the 1800petmeds.com website), without notice to you. If any change to these terms is found invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that change is severable and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining changes or conditions. YOUR CONTINUED PARTICIPATION AFTER WE CHANGE THESE TERMS CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE CHANGES. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ANY CHANGES, YOU MUST CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTIONS.

Additional Terms

We may, in our sole discretion, terminate your subscriptions at any time without notice. If we do so, you will only be charged for orders that have been shipped to you. Products are only available for shipping within the forty-eight (48) contiguous US states. Your participation in the AutoShip subscription program is personal to you, and you may not assign or transfer your AutoShip subscription or any of the benefits to any third party without our authorization. All returns under AutoShip are subject to the PetMeds’s Return Policy. AutoShip subscriptions are void where prohibited.
