Epi-Soothe Shampoo is rated 4.7 out of 5 by 42.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Shampoo for Itchy Skin I have been using this product for several years on my dog- a Pit bull mix. He has allergies and very sensitive skin. This shampoo soothes his skin and keeps him [mostly] comfortable for 10-14 days. It smells nice and makes his coat soft and silky. This product has been out of stock for months now- please bring it back!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works Great! My poor puppy itches and scratches constantly. Allergies are a BIG problem in Fla. and nothing really helped her. Our vet recommended a shampoo similar to this and since we shop PetMeds, we tried this one. She is scratching 95% less and seems much happier. The only problem is trying to get a 7 month old puppy to be still for 10 minutes as per bathing instructions.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great shampoo My shiba ink has dry flaky skin. We have tried a lot of shampoos and cream rinses, nothing helped. He is on premium food with no grains to help. Poor guy itched and scratched all the time. I read the reviews on this product and thought I would give it a try. LOVE IT!!! Terrific product. Leaves his coat shiny and so soft. Very luxurious. The best thing is no itching and scratching. No dry skin. Even after a week, his coat is still so shiny and soft. He is such a happier dog, and I am a happier mom! Would highly recommend this shampoo.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Results Although a challenge to keep on the cat for the full 5 minutes, I could not have hoped for better results. Not only is his fur softer than ever it's been, but it helped clear up a skin irritation which was causing him to attempt pulling all the fur out from one spot. After the very first application he stopped pulling out the fur and no longer flinched when the area was touched.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Strong, yet gentle. 'Although both my dogs are" indoor" their lives are full of mischeif and adventure. Not to mention we live in a rural part of the city,(a lot of strays, rats, ect.) This shampoo thoroughly washes my babies. It helps with scabs, scratches, sensitive skin, it doesn't interfere with their flea prevention drops, it deodorizes AMAZINGLY leaving them fluffy and deliciously cuddlable.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Shampoo My dog, Dacey, began scratching, but not from fleas. She walks regularly in the meadows near my house, roaming through wildflowers, and who knows what. I had called my vet who recommended Epi-Soothe, and to use it every other day. Within days her scratching diminished greatly.

does this product kills fleas, ticks, and larvae?

Asked by: jenn
no, more of a repellant. Althourgh i do use a preventative along with bathing with this shampoo, it helps repel fleas, ticks, and mosquitos. I always check their paws, chest/abdomen, and ears after walks and if i find anything its usually dead.
