Product quality has declined significantly!
I have purchased this product for several years but in the last year the quality has deteriorated. The pieces are broken and it just ends up in crumbles in the bottom of the bag. I will be looking for a replacement, as this is a waste of money!

No longer a good product. I've purchased this product for the past decade for our dogs. For the last two years, I've noticed that half the chews arrive broken and the other half of the bag is all crumbs and powder! Wasting money.

No longer a good product.
No idea what has happened to this product, but the last few purchases have gone downhill drastically. First they were a different color and dry. The next order was the same with the addition of about 1/3 of the bags being crumbs. After years of purchasing this product, I guess it's time to look elsewhere.

Not great anymore
Have been using this product for about 2.5 years and my dog loves it, but the quality has gone extremely downhill in the last year. When we first ordered them the chews were firm, individual pieces. In the last year they've become powdered crumbles, making it impossible to give the appropriate dosage. I won't be ordering them again :(

The last two times I have purchased this product and after opening, the product bite size bones are broken and lots and lots of crumbs. There doesn’t seem to be any quality control. You should address this with the manufacturer.
