Dog doesn't like flavor, but they are effective in higher than the suggested amounts
I have to wrap the chews in canned all-meat dog food or raw ground beef so she will eat them, and they do work at 50% to 100% higher doses than recommended on the jar. I was using them daily, along with incurin once a week per my vet's suggestion, but when the incurin became unavailable and the chews didn't work on their own, I increased their amount, and that is effective. Although it increases the cost of the chews per dose, it's not a problem because I'm not buying the incurin anymore, and I feel a lot better about giving my dog healthful, natural ingredients with no warning about overdosing (as I had from the vet for the incurin.)

Helpful, but not totally
My dog doesn't like these chews (or any others), so I give them to her wrapped in a food that she does like. They have reduced the amount of hormones I need to give her to stop the leaking entirely, and they work better together than only one of either. My vet says to give her as little of the hormones as possible, so we are happy that this product is helping.

It Really Works!
Pinot was on a prescription drug, but she didn't seem to interact with it well.
Read reviews about this product, bought it, and Pinot has been using it for over a year. She gladly eats her four chews every morning.

Great
My dog has cushings disease which makes her pee and poop with out control. The Vet put her on medication which helped a bit but since I started giving her these NaturVet chews she is now able to come to me to let her out back to pee and we now have very little accidents in the house. These chews are fantastic.

Best Urinary Support for my old girl.
This product has been a GAME CHANGER for my old girl's health. She HARDLY leaks anymore and now we can have her back on the couch again! It's given her pep in her step, and for 16 she acts like she's 5!
Will never try anything else because this product is incredible, and my dog loves getting them at meal time. She even reminds me when I forget! Lol
