- But a good place to start is with the below guidelines for an average, active, adult dog fed once daily.
- Making the Switch to Pro Plan:
- Although you'll be anxious to see the difference Pro Plan can make in your dogs please allow 7-10 days to ease the transition from your dog's current food. Each day, simply feed a little less of the previous food and a little more Pro Plan until you're feeding Pro Plan exclusively.
- This gradual transition will help avoid dietary upsets.

No the same as the big bag I normallybuy
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My dogs still seem to like the food but I normally buy the bigger size bag. I figured since it was the same brand and flavor that it would be the same. The larger bag has actual chicken pieces (my dogs favorite part) and this size bag does not. I was surprised that the kibble wasn't even the same shape. Not that the shape matters, I just expected it to be the same type of food that my dogs are used to.

Pro plan small breed
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's OK, small dogs aren't thrilled about it, they prefer it over going hungry but the cats like it pretty well. Small dogs are picky eaters when it comes to dry food, and will eat this over another brand they have but the price is what keeps me going back to the other brand, its twenty dollar price tag for 6lb bag gets pretty expensive when you have more than one dog
