- But a good place to start is with the below guidelines for an average, active, adult dog fed once daily.
- Making the Switch to Pro Plan:
- Although you'll be anxious to see the difference Pro Plan can make in your dogs please allow 7-10 days to ease the transition from your dog's current food. Each day, simply feed a little less of the previous food and a little more Pro Plan until you're feeding Pro Plan exclusively.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have three dogs so we are trying this lamb and brown rice meal in hopes that they are not allergic to it . We were on sensitive skin and stomach chicken flavor, but they developed a chicken allergy. I have full confidence in the hills brand name and have used it over the years for several of my dogs always been a good product and I’m hoping this lamb and rice will be the trick for my girls. German shepherds have a finicky stomach so once you find something, I hope it works for a long time for them

Horrible customer service at PetMeds
The dog food order was shipped in error. Three separate chat communications, each promising refund, did not result in a refund. Called the customer service line. Valerie found no record of the chats and indicated she had to send through a research of the refund. She was rude and unhelpful. I do not recommend ordering from PetMeds

Easy on the tummy
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our 8 year old dog started having sudden GI issues. After an overnight emergency vet visit to rule out anything serious, we switched her to this food. So far not only have her symptoms gone away, but she also has so much more energy!! She’s back to begging us to play fetch multiple times a day and I couldn’t be more grateful :)
