Do not apply the topical near the dog’s tail. Keep your pet dry and away from other pets for 24 hours.

Storage:

Nextstar Flea and Tick Topical Directions:

  • Remove product tubes from the package.
  • Separate one tube from the others.
  • Hold the tube with notched end pointing up and away from the face and body.
  • Use scissors to cut o the narrow end at the notches along the line.
  • HOW TO APPLY TO DOG: Invert tube over dog and use open end to part dog’s hair. Squeeze tube firmly to apply all of the solution to the dog’s skin, as directed below. Wrap tube and put in trash.
  • HOW TO APPLY TO CAT: While holding the cat with one hand, use the other hand to apply the solution. Invert tube and use the narrow end to part the cat's hair. Apply contents to the back of the cat's neck to in front of the shoulder blades. This allows for a more direct application to the skin. Hold the cat for a few seconds to give the solution time to be absorbed into the cat's coat.
  • When finished, wrap the tube in paper and put into the trash.
  • Only one tube per treatment is needed.
Tip:

Wait until the application site is fully dry (usually 24 hours) before bathing your pet or letting your pet go swimming.

i placed Nextstar on my dog today and fleas were jumping off and dead within 1 hour when i checked on my dog. i used a brush to pull the dead fleas off, my dog slept so well, no biting or scratching

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY
Got a 3 month supply, thinking it would work. it does not, n fact next day, had more fleas than the day before. Next day, took flea comb, got more fleas off. The only time my dog is out, to go potty, maybe to mailbox. And yes, I got the right size for a large dog. This is nothing but junk, doesn't do a thing for fleas. Don't know where all these positive reviews come from, they must have gotten paid to post it

Works fast and no mess!!!!
I just applied to is product and the fleas have vanished and my dog Monica is tick free now. 24 hours and I feel comfortable taking Monica outside for walks without the worry of all the little things. I highly recommend this treatment especially for its effectiveness and no side effects!!! Just look up the ingredients! Pet armor, frontline and compare to nextstar

I put this on my 3 cats Friday May 23rd 2025, it does says that it should start working in 15 minutes. HA! Hours after all 3 cats are still scratching, and I can see fleas crawling on them. Today Saturday, while my male cat is sitting on my lap right next to where I applied the Nextstar there's fleas on him. YUK! My poor cats, what do I do now, I can't use anything else for at least 30 days. I did bath them the day before. I'm really sad for them.

A waste of money
I bought this last week, put it on both dogs and I don't see any relief for them. Fleas are all over them so I will need to find something else . I am very disappointed.
