Goodbye Diarrhea
This was a lifesaver for our senior kitty. She had chronic diarrhea. Our vet started her on this food and a steroid. Within a week our kitty was back to normal. Now she is only on this food and she is doing wonderful.

THIS fixed my cat's chronic diarrhea!
I'm a veterinary assistant and I have a cat that just turned 1. We got him when he was 2 months old and we struggled with him having chronic diarrhea the entire time we've had him. We tested for intestinal parasites, tried probiotics, sent in a diarrhea panel, tried antibiotics, B12, 3 different diets, you name it. Nothing worked. THIS worked. I'm OVER THE MOON with the results.

Perfect stools after eating 1 can of Gastrointestinal Biome!
My cat has suffered from IBD her whole life with constant bouts of diarrhea. After 1 can of Hill's Gastrointestinal Biome, her stools are perfect! She doesn't want it every day, so on other days she eats a urinary type food (for another issue). As soon as her stools seem soft, I give her a can of Biome and within 24 hours they're fine again. I highly recommend this food!

Saved my sanity.
I adopted my kitten that I had been fostering since she was 3 weeks old. She had a slew of health issues due to severe parasite infestation. But after she was cleared, she continued to have chronic diarrhea with inflamed intestines. All her tests were coming back normal. At 5 months old, she was severely underweight and having severe episodes which resulted her stool being everywhere. My floors, couch, counter, blankets, cat tree. EVERYWHERE. She even ended up in the ER and urgent care a few times. We were referred to an internist and while we waited for an appointment, she changed her prescription food to this, along with some medication to try and get it under control until we have a diagnosis. And for the first time since she I've had her in my care, she started having solid stool and I've never been happier to clean a litter box.

Nothing but Biome worked
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I adopted a senior cat from the local domestic animal control place. He'd had two courses of metronidazole and two deworming treatments (different worms), and was unsurprisingly have terrible trots when I got him. And the smell was awful. I got one GI food from the vet's. No change. Then they recommended Biome, saying that if something was going to work, Biome could be like a miracle. It was for us. The trots stopped within 24 hours. For that, I would give it FIVE STARS, but I'm giving it four because, if he has his favorite moist option (he won't eat the Biome moist option), he's less likely to eat the kibble. He likes Forti Flora, so if I sprinkle that on the Biome kibble, he's more likely to eat it. I keep feeding it because now he's having issues with constipation. Whole-heartedly recommend this product for cats with IBD, constipation, or diarrhea.
