What is NFZ Wound Dressing?
NFZ Wound Dressing (nitrofurazone ointment) is a water soluble antibacterial ointment administered topically for the prevention or treatment of surface bacterial infections in wounds, burns and cutaneous ulcers in dogs, cats, and horses. It is available in a 1 lb tub.

How does NFZ Wound Dressing work?
NFZ Wound Dressing contains 0.2% nitrofurazone in a water-soluble base. When used topically, it fights bacteria that causes infections of surface wounds.
Cautions:
In case of deep or puncture wounds or serious burns, use only as recommended by a veterinarian. If redness, irritation or swelling persists or increases, discontinue use and consult a veterinarian. Some people may be hypersensitive to this product. Either wear gloves when applying, or wash your hands afterwards.
NFZ Wound Dressing Directions:
- Apply the ointment directly to the lesion with a spatula or first apply the ointment to a piece of gauze then cover the lesion with the gauze.
- This ointment should be in contact with the lesion for at least 24 hours, and may be changed several times daily or left on the lesion for a longer period.
Wear gloves while applying and wash hands afterwards.

Storage:
Store at room temperature. Avoid excessive hear and exposure to alkaline materials. Keep away from children and pets.
