Give the missed dose as soon as you remember. If it is close to the next dose, skip the missed dose and resume a regular dosing schedule. Finish medication as prescribed by your veterinarian as stopping this medication early can cause infection to recur or worsen.
Seek emergency veterinary medical treatment.
When giving antibiotics, always give the full dosage as prescribed by your veterinarian. Discontinuing use before dosage is completed, even if your pet is feeling better, can allow bacteria to develop antibiotic resistance, which will make bacterial infections more difficult to treat with antibiotics.
Do not give with aluminum- and magnesium-containing antacids, as these may reduce the rate of absorption of azithromycin.

Keep out of reach of children and pets. After mixing, store suspension at 41° to 86°F) or at room temperature. Use within ten days, then discard after full dosing is completed.
