Viralys contains L-Lysine, an amino acid. Viralys supports the immune system, as well as respiratory health and eye health. It is recommended for conditions known to respond to L-Lysine supplementation.

Viralys Oral Gel for Cats Directions:
- Viralys is a highly palatable gel and nutritional supplement containing L-Lysine.
Tip:
Place a small amount on cat's nose to stimulate interest. Once initial interest has been established, gel may be administered from a syringe or teaspoon.
Viralys Oral Gel Dosage for Cats and Kittens:

Very happy cat . Just got it today
I purchased this and just got it today my cat was all over me he knew what it was as he has had it before . He loves it and wanted more but he has to wait til his 2nd dose . I would highly recommend this to anyone who has a cat or kitten with upper respiratory issues . My boy has been a little nasally so I figure I would try this again and he remembered it from 2 yrs ago . Does this company make hairball stuff for kitties too?

My cat has the herpes virus she was having Conjunctivitis often I went to the vet they told me it was the herpes virus and recommended this. I get it from my vet every few months she’s been on it about 6 months she licks it right from the tube and hasn’t had an out brake since. I recommend buying it here it’s half the price of the vets office. It smells pretty good as well maple smell.

I have been using Enisyl-F for over 10 years, and my cats were excited to see the container, then eagerly licked it off my finger like a treat. This stuff, they run from the smell. I must open their mouths and wipe it onto their tongue and they still try to spit it out. Mixing it with their favorite wet food resulted in untouched wet food sitting out for hours. Perhaps the Fish Oil and Tuna flavor is more palatable to CATS than Maple Flavor. There is also more L-Lysine per dose in the Enisyl-F. Unfortunately, 1-800-PetMeds does not sell the brand I use I would like to just return this and get the one they do like.

I have one kitty with chronic conjunctivitis and one that sneezes a lot but no other symptoms. My cats do well if I keep them on this but even a few days without their symptoms come back. I use the gel and a syringe.

Breed various feral kittens
GREAT PRODUCT
I founded and run a cat rescue and use this with and after antibiotics for sick feral kittens. I use a small medicine syringe to easily measure and administer, and they love the flavor. I never have a problem getting them to take it, and it seems to make a big difference in their recovery and well-being maintenance.

They love it!
This works well, it almost look like a gel when it comes out of the tube. I have one cat with Feline Leukemia and Herpes and another with just Herpes (they're kept separate), both are a bit finicky. Thankfully they take this form of Lysine best and it's so easy to give it to them, I just use a measuring spoon and they lick it right away. I tried different treats for months and they hated nearly all of them. The only one they liked I can't find anywhere or they changed their formula and the treats are now rock hard. Either way this is so great stuff and even if you give the max amount (500mg) it lasts about three months, compared to the treats which only last about 2 for the same price.

Tasty & easy to administer
My vet started my cat on this for chronic respiratory issues and eye related to herpes. My cat loves the gel (hated the powder form added to food). So easy to give twice daily as she thinks it is a treat! Wish I started this years ago! I just give on a spoon!
