Cats and Kittens (2+ lbs and over 8 weeks of age)
Vectra for Cats contains active ingredients that work to keep your cat protected from fleas throughout a whole month. Dinotefuran quickly kills fleas through contact, meaning they don't have to bite your cat to die, and Pyriproxyfen prevents the development of all flea stages.
Vectra for Cats is meant for use only in cats and kittens over 8 weeks of age. Do not use on dogs, and keep out of the reach of children. Do not use on debilitated, aged, medicated, pregnant or nursing animals known to be sensitive to pesticide products without first talking to your veterinarian.

If signs of sensitivity occur, bathe your cat with mild soap or shampoo and rinse with large amounts of water. If signs of individual animal sensitivity occur and persist, contact your veterinarian. Other symptoms such as vomiting and diarrhea have been reported.
Give the next dose as soon as you remember and resume a monthly schedule.
