Terrible Bag, Good Food
WE have been using your science diet for cats for years. Latgely, howeve, you have changed bags. The seal is wonderful. rest of the bag design should be ash canned and started over.
You cannot pour from a corner because the bag doesn't want to open, and when you get it to open, food goes everywhere except into the container you are trying to fill.
You cannot pour out of the side because there is absolutely no way to get hold of the bottom of the bag so you can control the pour.
Try ir yourselves and you will realize it needs to be improved.

Terrible food
Not one of my cats will eat this food. They nibble at it and walk away. The kernels are so hard that it hurts them to chew it.

Kali loves to eat it right out of the bag
I got my Kali from a shelter 5 years ago, she had been eating Science Diet Optimal Care and I kept feeding it to her. We got a kitten later that year and they both love their Science Diet. Kali was 5 when we adopted her and I have switched them to the Active Longevity. Kali loves it so much she, when I open a new bag she will stick her head in and eat right out of the bag!

Overall excellent pet food
I have been using science diet products for over 30 yrs. Cats love the taste and I love the minimal waste cleanup. My Cats have shiny coats , no hairballs and are extremely healthy. Even my older cats are still playful. I have tried other products but for me none come close to the quality of hills .

Six healthy cats over the years can't be wrong
I once had a kitten with a urinary infection. My vet put her on antibiotics and told me to feed her Science Diet cat food. Her infection cleared up, she never had another problem with it and I never looked back. All my cats since then have been fed only Science Diet dry food. All have lived to ripe old ages with very few health problems. Another interesting note is that out of all the cats I've had since then, I've only had to have maybe 3 teeth pulled TOTAL. In my opinion, I credit Science Diet Dry for that

Product is well tolerated by our cats.
Have 4 cats ranging in age from 5 to 12 yrs. Only feed Science Diet. Their coats are healthy and shiny. Their regular vet visits show them to be healthy. I use various Science Diets - Hairball, Original, Light, Indoor - so the cats do not get tired of one. They all favor any fish flavors over chicken or rice. My only criticism is that it is very expensive to feed 4 cats on the price that Science Diet now is. I would greatly appreciate more availability of coupons to help offset the price of the product.
