CHANGING TO DIAMOND PREMIUM ADULT FORMULA: Changing your pet's diet should be a gradual process. Start by adding a small amount of your pet's new food to their current food. Gradually increase the new food amount and decrease the current food amount at each feeding. Continue this method for approximately one week. For sensitive dogs, extend the period to 10 to 14 days.

Keeping our certified therapy dogs on the job
I've been a therapy dog volunteer for over 20 years. We've had some dogs who were sensitive to some dog foods, had itching issues. All of these things can keep a therapy dog from being able to volunteer. We switched to Diamond brand dog foods many years ago and have not had any of these issues since. We started with the lamb and rice. Just that change in dog food cleared up our dogs scratching issues. It was a huge win for us. Our dogs volunteer with special needs children. These children count on their visits with the dogs and would be very sad if we couldn't make it because of a preventable issue. We count on Diamond to keep them in top condition and on the job.
