Chicken is a great source of protein and healthy fats. Salmon is high in quality protein and contains long-chain omega-3 fatty acids like EPA and DHA. Pumpkin is a good source of beta-carotene and fiber - helpful for digestive health. Carrots are an excellent source of beta-carotene and contain high levels of vitamins that provide protection against free radicals which may damage cells. Spinach is an excellent source of vitamin K, A, B2, E and C, manganese, magnesium, iron, copper, calcium and potassium.
