  • Purchase total is prior to sales tax and shipping
  • Valid on all orders shipped
  • Points will be reflected on the account within 5 business days after order has been shipped
  • Points can only be redeemed online and cannot be redeemed for cash
  • Points are not transferable or exchangeable
  • Points are valid for 1 year from date of issue
  • $5 loyalty credit will automatically appear in your account and in the shopping cart as a credit to apply to future orders as long as you are logged in
  • Redemptions may be combined with special offers
  • Members may opt-out of the program at any time with direct notification to PetMeds®
