Customer Reviews
Crumps' Naturals Traditional Liver Fillets is rated 3.7 out of 5 by 11.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from This treat should be discontinued I failed to read the previous reviews and wish I had. My Japanese Chin seemed to like it but has been throwing up chunks of it since the second day. Thank heaven I haven't given him anymore. The treat is so hard that it breaks off in chunks 1/2 to 1 inch in size and even though the dog eats it (most wil eat anything) he's unable to chew it or digest it after swallowing the chunks. So far over the past 3 days, he's upchucked about 1/2 of one slice. Hopefully the rest will come soon. He doesn't appear to be sick during the day, but every morning since he ate the first slice, he's been throwing it up. Based on the reviews, you should discontinue this treat indefinitely. P>S> It also stinks!!!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not a favorite in my household I got these as an alternative treat for my dogs after the Happy Hips was discontinued. The first couple days were ok, but after a few days the dogs suddenly started throwing up the treats. I'm not sure why they couldn't eat them but they will not be something I would try again.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from great for dogs who like crunchy One of my dogs liked these a lot. The other who has had teeth pulled didn't care for them. (She prefers soft treats). You can use small pieces for training so it doesn't take them too long to chew and they don't get too full.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from reaction to treat i have a 4 year old 90 lb boxer and gave him these treats and after a few days he developed a reaction to these treats. he got rashes all over his body my vet said not to give him these treats anymore. they did the same thing to my little 12 lb maltese also when i received the treats they where all smashed into tiny peices.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product Our two small dogs love these treats and they are pretty picky! Definitely will try to keep them on hand.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Not Packaged Well While my dog LOVES these, they were sent to me in a too large box with one other item, a bag of chew strips. I'm assuming that they had so much room to crash about in, is the reason that they were smashed to bits. I have a big dog (60 lbs) and it seems a waster trying to feed her a handful of crumbs. It's too bad, as I said, she seems to love them and gets very excited when I pull THAT bag out of her treat drawer. (YES she has a treat drawer!!)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My pets love Liver Fillets! My two pets love this product. Thanks again for offering a high protein and low fat dog treat to the market.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Yes and No Although I agree that my dog loves these treats and I love the fact that they have no preservatives. I was very disappointed on them being all crushed. I have a big dog and giving her bits of broken pieces makes it difficult. PetMeds was great in replacing the package but it was similar. Not sure if I would buy again.

How many are in the package? Refrigeration needed?

Asked by: Anonymous
Dee, each package is 5.6 ounces. Since this is a natural product made from 100% baked beef liver, each individual piece will vary in size, so the number of pieces per bag will vary. The product does not require refrigeration.

Will this product eliminate stains?

I've read that Angel Eyes is dehydrated liver. If that is correct why wouldn't this product do the same job as Angel Eyes (eliminate or reduce staining around eyes and mouth of white dogs).
Asked by: Anonymous
Angel Eyes is dehydrated beef liver however it also has tylosin as tartrate which appears to be the active ingredient to stop the tears.
