Plush Memory Sleeper 33 33
Recommended This bed is great. The top facing is softer than the rest of it which is a nice touch. The inner foam seems to be high quality. My 125lb baby loves it, and after long naps the foam pops right back into place. Durable zipper and the cover comes off easily. Maybe a little pricey as a lot of these beds are,but after receiving it I am completely happy with it. 07/31/2014
Great Bed but Very Firm I was so excited about getting this bed for my 7 y/o Pit. She had an upcoming surgery for her ACL tear and was recently diagnosed with arthritis in her lower back. The bed came and I was very pleased with the quality. However, my girl is very picky. In the beginning I had to force her to lay on it. We decided to stuff it in her bolster from her old bed and that helped a bit. I then put the old stuffing back in on top of the memory sleeper and now she LOVES it. I have lain on the bed and I doubt any part of her will be touching the floor for years to come. Anyway to summarize... The bed is great just beware if your dog prefers a soft, cushion style bed. You may have to take some extra measures. BTW I bought the Large (my dog is 70 lbs). 03/10/2014
Older dog really likes it! My dog is 10 and has some arthritis in his hips and legs. I was worried that this bed would be too small, but we bought the large and it's just right. He's about 70 lbs (lab/chow mix). He loves it! 01/18/2014
I have loved these for my 4 dogs! I have purchased three (two medium, one large) for my four dogs. They have held up beautifully and the covers are washed twice a week. I have had them for three years and they look as good now as they did when I bought them. The support in the form bedding is a perfect mix of support and comfort. 01/13/2014
Didn't hold up I purchased 2 of these beds for my 150lb Great Dane. When we first received the beds I was very pleased, they seemed plush and sturdy, but after about 1 year, both beds have concave areas in the center and no longer provide the support a large breed dog needs for hip support. A lot of money...I would have hopped these beds lasted longer than a year. 01/12/2014

I've purchased 3 of these beds for my Collies. They love them but on the first washing - the zippers broke. I've sent many emails to the company trying to order new covers. I've never rec'd a reply. I tried taking the covers to several seamstresses and no one will repair them. How can I order just the covers? The beds are expensive and I only need replacement covers. Thank you, Lynne Johnson
Answer:IF the zippers are broke, anyone who can sew will be able to replace a zipper. Although I hate putting zippers in anything.
Personally, I would replace the zippers with "heavy duty" Velcro and you may "hand stitch" this and not need a machine. Well worth the try...You can always go back to the zipper which can also be sewn in.

I see a color chart for the "Plush Memory Sleeper X-Large Peat/Cappuccino/Hot Fudg #61124.
I don't see a fabric description. Is it a fleece top with denim sides??
Answer:Thank you for your question. The covering is made of microsuede.
How accurate is the sizing information? I want to make sure I get a full 35" width as advertised.
Answer:Thank you for your question. The measurements are very accurate.
we have a large memory foam sleeper and have cleaned the outside cover. The inside "mattress" pad over the foam is ripped and we would like to purchase a new one. Are these sold separately?
Answer:I would go with the large. I ordered a XL and it's HUGE. With a tape measure it's 52" x 35". Unless you've got the room for the XL...
Answer:No, there is no egg crate foam. It's 2" of memory foam on top of 4" of firmer foam. In my opinion, it's the perfect mix. You don't want all memory foam, because your dog would eventually sink to the floor. The firmer foam provides good support, while the memory foam enhances the cushioning. Also, (not included in the product description), there's a mattress pad-type liner, to help protect the foam. Great bed.
This xs you sell is too big for their beds. I need two that are little smaller. Can you help?
Unfortunately, XS is the smallest size we carry. Thanks for your question.
Answer:Leslie, the size of the bed is really determined by the size of your dog more so than the weight. If your dog is the size of a Lab, you would want to go with the large bed. If you have a 45 lb Beagle mix, the medium bed would be the way to go. Below are the dimensions of the bed to give you the best idea of which on to go with for your furry pal.
Size Dimensions Breed Size
XS 21" L x 18" W x 4" H Toy breeds and cats
Ex: Chihuahua, Yorkshire Terrier, Pomeranian
S 28" L x 24" W x 4" H Small breeds and cats
Ex: Shih Tzu, Dachshund, Jack Russell Terrier
M 36" L x 27" W x 6" H Medium breeds and cats
Ex: Beagle, Cocker Spaniel, Bulldog
L 40" L x 30" W x 6" H Large breeds
Ex: Labrador Retriever, Golden Retriever, German Shepherd
XL 53" L x 35" W x 6" H Extra large breeds
Ex: Mastiff, Great Dane, Saint Bernard
The description says that a 2 inch memory foam is used, yet the bed (SM & MED) are 4 inches thick. Is this two layers of memory foam, or memory foam backed with something sturdier? or softer? Thanks for any clues - my boys are cockers.
Both of my older dogs, female Rhodesian Ridgeback and female Doberman, can have urinary spotting that may go through the cover of a regular dog bed. How do you handle that with these memory foam beds?
Answer:My senior Lab has urinary leaking. First I placed a moisture proof bed cover on the memory foam (twin size folded over). Then I bought eight hospital-like bed pads. Both items are available at any local medical supply store (for people). Wash, dry on low heat. Presto, problem solved.
Answer:Hi Norcello!! :)
I had the same question.
I found the following information on the "How To Use" tab: If the Plush Memory Sleeper becomes dirty, simply remove the fabric covering and place the covering in a washing machine.
Tah-Dahhhhh!! That works for me!!
Golly, I hope you have a terrific day!! :)
