What is this product used for: Flea4X for Dogs is a flea and tick preventative that provides flea and tick control for dogs and puppies. It is effective against all stages of the brown dog tick, the American dog tick, lone star tick, and deer tick (the major carrier of Lyme disease). Flea4X also kills chewing lice and controls mites that may cause sarcoptic mange. It is long-lasting, fast-acting and waterproof

Availability: Flea4X for Dogs is a non-prescription (OTC) product.

How this product should be used: Use Flea4X for Dogs, on dogs and puppies 8 weeks of age or older. It is available as 0.67 ml applicators for dogs up to 22 lbs, 1.34 ml applicators for dogs 23-44 lbs, 2.68 ml applicators for dogs 45-88 lbs and 4.02 ml applicators for dogs 89-132 lbs. Wait 24 hours for product to dry before allowing your pet to go swimming or bathing your pet. Do not reapply for 30 days.

To use Flea4X, invert the tube over your dog and use the open end to part your dog's hair. Place the tube on your dog's skin between the shoulder blades. Squeeze the tube and apply the entire contents of the tube in that one spot. Use only one applicator per treatment.

What are the side effects: Dogs may experience some temporary irritation at the site of product application. If signs persist, consult a veterinarian immediately.

What special precautions are there: Do not use on puppies under 8 weeks of age. Use the entire contents on each dog. Do not split one tube between dogs. Do not use multiple tubes on one dog. Weigh your dog to ensure you are applying the right dose formulated for the weight of your dog. Consult your vet before using on debilitated, aged, or medicated dogs. Can be used on pregnant or lactating dogs. Consult a veterinarian before using on dogs with known organ dysfunction. Dogs may experience temporary irritation at application site. Certain medications can interact with pesticides. Sensitivities may occur after using ANY pesticide product on dogs. If signs of sensitivity occur, bathe your dog with soap and rinse with large amounts of water. If signs continue, contact your veterinarian immediately.

Harmful if swallowed. Causes eye irritation. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, or clothing. Wash hands thoroughly with soap and water after handling and before eating, drinking, chewing gum, using tobacco, or using the toilet.

If swallowed: Call a physician or poison control center or a doctor for treatment advice. Drink 1 or 2 glasses of water and do not induce vomiting unless told to by poison control center. Do not give anything by mouth to an unconscious person.

If in eyes: Hold eyes open and rinse slowly and gently with water for 15-20 minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present, after the first 5 minutes, continue rinsing. Call a physician or poison control center or a doctor for treatment advice.

If on skin: Wash thoroughly with plenty of soap and water. Get medical attention if irritation persists.
