1. Do I have to sign up for a new account to order?
No, you can just click on the product, add it to your cart and then submit the order. Make sure you hit "submit" and you will receive an order number confirming that your order was placed. |

2. How do I order prescription (Rx) medications?
Simply place the order, provide us with your veterinarian's information and we will obtain authorization free of charge. Or, you may place the order and mail your pet's prescription to:

3. How can I find what I need?

5. Will I need to provide my pet's medical information?
If you are ordering a prescription medication, we will need to know medical issues, weight, breed, age and pet type as it is required to ensure safety in dispensing medications for your pet. For over-the-counter (non-prescription) items, it is optional to give us your pet's medical information, but for some products we will at least need to know your pet's weight and type to make sure your pet gets the right product. But, keep in mind that the more we know about your pet, the better we can suggest the right products to meet your pet's needs. |
