I have a 50 lb lab-pittie mix and she loved the Wing-A-Ball. The only issue was she had the long rope ripped to shreds within 30 minutes. Also, the top wrapping is made of plastic and she chewed that up very quickly and I ended up having to take it out of her mouth. All-in-all she really seemed to enjoy it, but it really wasn't that durable.
Our lab absolutely loves this toy! The ball makes it easy for her to carry and the rope is not nearly as slimy as a regular ball since she doesn't have it in her mouth! This toy is very durable as she has chewed on it and it is still intact after a month of playing and chewing. I will definately buy another one of these and will recommend it to my other lab dog owners!
My dog loved the new chew toy, however it did not last any longer than the less expensive ropes. He didn't care that it was good for his teeth because it didn't last that long. He still plays with it but it is all shredded and torn apart. Stick with the rope toys that don't cost as much
The rope is spliced together with a piece of heat shrink plastic where it loops. My dog focused on that until it opened up. I tied a knot in the open end side hoping to get a little more use out of it.
My dog loves chewing anything, so she chewed and almost apart ball and string after 10 minutes I gave her new toy. Now, it's not strong enough for tug-of-war. It's too heavy to throw after it's get wet.
