What is this product used for: Proanthozone is a nutrient and antioxidant supplement for cats and small dogs.
Availability: Proanthozone is a non-prescription (OTC) product available in bottles containing 60 capsules.
How this product should be used:
Proanthozone 10; The recommended maintenance dose for cats and small dogs up to 10 lbs is 1 capsule every day. For cats and small dogs 11 to 20 lbs give 2 capsules every day. The initial dose, when first starting this supplement is double the maintenance dose for the first 5 days.
Proanthozone 20; The recommended maintenance dose for dogs 10 to 20 lbs is 1 capsule every other day. For dogs 21 to 35 lbs give 1 capsule every day. For dogs 36 to 50 lbs give 2 capsules every day, for dogs 51 to 60 lbs give 2 capsules every day plus 1 additional capsule every other day. The initial dose, when first starting this supplement is double the maintenance dose for the first 5 days.
Proanthozone 50; The recommended maintenance dose for dogs 40 to 50 lbs is 1 capsule every other day. For dogs 51 to 70 lbs give 1 capsule every day . For dogs 71 to 90 lbs give 2 capsules every day and for dogs over 90 lbs give 2 capsules every day plus 1 additional capsule every other day. The initial dose, when first starting this supplement is double the maintenance dose for the first 5 days.

What special precautions are there: This product is intended for intermittent or supplemental feeding only. Significant response to this product may not be noticeable for 3 to 4 weeks. Response depends on each animal.
