Most pets require 7 to 10 days to adjust to new pet food. Below is a general guideline on how to transition your dog from the old food to Halo.

No more digestive problems!
Had bought purina one healthy puppy until i found out something about euthanized cat meat in the food which freaked me out. I immediately took it away and went to the pet store and after reading ingredients and looking for an hour i picked spots stew and she loves it and no more vomiting and loose poo. Im very happy! Now i found this and i can get it delivered to me for cheaper! Im so excited!

Delivered to my door
I just wanted to write a quick review to say how pleased I am with the food and the method of delivery. I can't find this food locally and having it delivered to my doorstep is the easiest thing ever. My new "pound puppy" eats anything I put in front of him, but you can tell this food is great when it comes out, much better than the junk I was unknowingly feeding before. Same price as the Halopets.com website, and free shipping, I wish had thought of this sooner.

The ash in pet food is a measurement of the minerals in the pet food - it is the minerals left over after any food is completely incinerated (after the protein, fat and carbohydrates are burned away). This is part of the nutritional analysis of the dog food.
