Feline Greenies Dental Treats is rated 5.0 out of 5 by 24.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Kitty Crack When we got our senior cat, (our 4th) he came with some really bad breath problems, and a touch of gingivitis. And he's one that loves to be right up in your face all the time. Decided to give these a try because I've heard good things, and they work like a charm. No more kitty stinky breath! We don't even give anywhere near the recommended per day; each cat gets 2 a day and all 4 of the cats absolutely love them. Even the antisocial cat comes out of hiding to lick my fingers looking for more. They all go on alert when they hear the bag opening. Only tried the salmon flavor so far, but I plan on trying the others as well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from dental treats that work When rescued from a rest stop, our 'free' kitten suddenly became an expensive cat to take care of some health issues, esp. pulling of two teeth with eroding enamel. Vet wanted me to brush his teeth, yea right, but these dental treats seem to be keeping his teeth clean, as vet said they looked good with no issues seen last visit. He esp likes the chicken and beef, but did not care for the fish (or salmon, can't remember), so gave that one to a neighbor to use. When he hears the bag he comes running, jumps on my kitchen chair to watch me with expectant eyes open the bag and put a few on his plate, then he snarfs them up. He's now 5 and his teeth are doing great.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It works! These treats work wonderfully. I have a black tom cat that has had terrible breath due to heavy tartar buildup on his teeth. A friend said to try Greenies and I did. After a month of daily feeding, the tartar is nearly gone and his breath is fresh. This saved me an expensive trip to the vet for teeth cleaning.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My son always says Zara's breath smells like fish! So i decided to try these greenies and she loves them. She has good oral hygiene but all seafood flavors are her favorite. This product works wonders!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My 15 year old cat has NEVER liked any treats or even table food. He absolutely ADORES greenies treats and is always begging for them!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This product is a hit with my Kitty My cat comes running when I get the package out. He has never done that with anything I have had before. I rated this by how my cat seems to like the taste and his once awful breath is much better.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Finicky indoor cat loves these! My 5 year old indoor cat Sophie won't eat anything besides dry cat food (not even canned tuna!) Our vet said Sophie was starting to have tarter build up, so i ordered these Greenies. I placed a couple pieces on the floor for Sophie immediately when the package arrived. Sophie came over to investigate, sniffed, licked one, then walked away! I decided to try one more time, next time I placed some in her food dish and success! Sophie gobbled them up! She eats them whenever I place them in her dish, I found out my princess Sophie won't eat treats off the floor, they must be placed in her dish! So I am hoping at her next vet visit we get a report that her tarter problem is now under control. I am going to order some more packages for my Sophie.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Most Popular My cat Leo is the most picky eater ever. The only food he eats is his dry food by Science Diet. And the ONLY human food he will eat is Tuna (and that's mainly licking the water). Oh, and lentil soup surprisingly. Maybe it's the way I make it because I boil it with homemade chicken stock. Anyway, Leo loves these treats. I was worried when I first bought them because he's very particular when it comes to food, but he really loves them. The moment I GRAB the bag he comes running from his hiding spot just to get one. I've used this tactic a lot just to find him because sometimes he'll go into hiding for hours and no one will know where he's at. Or my favorite, when he goes hiding and pretends that he can't hear my call. I barely have to shake the bag of treats and he comes sprinting from the other end of the house. It's a savior to me ^____^ I haven't experiment with all of them, but he sure does love the Salmon <3

my cat swallows Greenies whole!

Help! Any tips or tricks to get Oliver to actually CHEW his Greenies? He loves them, but they can't clean his teeth if he swallows them whole!
Asked by: Debbie
Thank you for your question. You can try adding them into Oliver's food to see if he takes his time with eating them instead of giving them to him as if they were a treat.

Feline Greenies - can a cat overdose?

Silly me, I left a closed, half-full large bag of feline greenies on the kitchen counter. One of my cats (I have 2) gnawed right across the bottom of the bag and scarfed down almost all of the treats (about 1/4 - 1/3 cup). Will my cats have any bad side effects or will they just have super clean teeth?
Asked by: obsidian56
In the event of overdose, you should contact a veterinarian or veterinary emergency room. Excess feedings may cause gastric upset and diarrhea.

How many days supply?

So if there is approx 30 count per bag and if for a cat 5-10 lbs we're recommended to give 8-10 counts per day, does that mean each package of 3 oz is an approximately 3 day supply for one cat?
Asked by: sarah
Correct, there is about 30 in a pack. :)
