The Expedition Pet Stroller is also available in two colors - Burgundy or Blue Sky.
For: One large dog or multiple small-medium dogs & cats up to 145 lbs
Ideal for all pets, but especially beneficial for senior pets, arthritic pets, and those that have recently had surgery.
•
Very comfortable with two-sided mat (one side is fleece material, other side is waterproof material), with Velcro strips to keep mat in place.
•
Assembles easily with no special tools needed, and has numerous safety and convenience features.
•
Easy to clean. Wipe down with warm water and air dry.
How it works:
Zip open the front loading flap and place your pet inside. You can choose to leave the flap open or zipped up. The mesh helps to keep bugs out while still maintaining maximum ventilation.
The Expedition Pet Stroller works like a regular stroller, and has special features to provide your pet or pets with a safe and secure environment. The safety features include: a tether leash inside that allows you to hook your own leash to it; front wheel locks that prevent wheels from swiveling on uneven terrain; shock absorbers to maintain a smooth ride. It also has lots of other features for convenience, including: a "pet parent tray" that provides easy access to personal items like keys, a water bottle and your pet's favorite treats; adjustable handlebar height. The stroller has top and front windows that can be zipped up to keep pets securely inside (like a "crate on wheels") or unzipped with window mesh rolled up. The top window allows your pet to view you as you push the stroller (great for anxious pets) and allows you to easily place your small pets into the stroller.
Slide back wheel on axle. Push
in axel until it clicks. Pull
on wheel to make sure the
wheel is engaged. Repeat
on other side.
•
Position stroller base upside down with the posts facing upward.
•
Place front wheels on stroller by clicking them into the 6"
posts on the bottom of the stroller. Pull
up to make sure wheels are locked.
•
Take the rear wheels (on axel with brakes) and lock them into the
2" posts by placing leg tube over the posts and pressing down
until they click. Pull up to make sure wheels
are locked.
•
Place stroller so wheels are
on the ground and back wheels
are facing you.
•
Lift right and left side of
stroller up. Secure the support bar that
goes from the left and
latches down on the right
side.
•
Put on the handle by pulling
both trigger-like buttons on
each inside of the handle and by
placing handle-ends into the
handle locking mechanisms on
each side of stroller. Choose
height level (1 or 2), let go of
trigger-like buttons. Pull up on
handle to make sure it is
securely locked.
Tip: Ensure stroller is completely erected and check that all locks are engaged before placing pet
in stroller.
To fold down pet stroller:
•
Lift up the fabric that covers the supporting bar.
•
On the right side, pull up on the support bar until it is released. Fold the bar down and inward. Then fold in the right side followed by the left.

Expedition
My two small girls and I love this stroller. We walked for three hours the other day! I did have to cushion the flooring with quite a few blankets - felt it was too hard for a long ride. Nothing but the best for my girls. I am alone and I was able to assemble it myself - a few rough spots - I have arthritis. I get to meet many people - the stroller gets lots of looks and it's certainly an ice breaker. Only wee problem seems the stroller wants to veer to the right at times. Other than that, it's a must have if you have an elderly pet or one who's scared of everything. I have both! Great purchase!

Super
This stroller is the best. My 65 pound bulldog LOVES it. It is her mobile home on wheels. She recently had knee surgery and this stroller was especially useful during her recovery. Well worth the price. Very durable as well. 10 out of 10.

A great solution for my handicapped dog!
I have a 3-legged Scottish Terrier & since she is getting up in age, she can't walk as far as she used to. I didn't want her to miss out on walks with our other dog, so I researched pet strollers on your website & decided on the Expedition. The main reasons for my selection were the roominess inside & how low to the ground it is. Ali doesn't like to be high off the ground, so with the Expedition stroller, she doesn't have to be. She gets so excited when she sees the stroller & she loves going for her nightly walk with the whole family. I couldn't have asked for anything more. Thanks!

does alright
It is too wide to fit through my front door, but it does go in and out my sliding glass doors. Easy to clean, but never really had a "messy" mess. Ordering one for my sister now.

Big Stroller, Big Dog
I like this stroller, but I keep it on the front porch assembled becuase it is too big to roll through a doorway, and I dont bother folding it up to go through. When I first noticed Stinky, my Germy, starting to limp I knew the reason why before I even took him to the vet. One of the people at petmeds told me about this when I was reordering my rimadyl (sp?) arthritis medication, and I am so glad I did. They don't have it in the photos, but the top opens so he can stick just his head out. We can now go places together and for this old lady to push this dog around is a joy for me, and relief for stinky.

I.e. not including the wheels but wondering if if I'm sitting up inside, with the zipper closed, what is the maximum height in inches for my head to still fit INSIDE? (while I'm at a sit position?)
I used to take my now senior and disabled dog Dusty with me and she would run along side my bike while I rode, she seems to miss that and I would love to be able to take her with again! So, I am hoping that this can be attached to the back of a bicycle!
