C.E.T. AquaDent 71 72
CETAQUAdENT DRINKINGWAYER ADDITIVE This is the only product my dogs like, I have bought numerous products I had to toss out because they didn;t like. This product is helpful in getting rid of bad breathe 06/21/2011
Happy pet owner This product has helped my dogs maintain a clean mouth and fresh breath which makes living closely with my pets a pleasure instead of cringing when my loving dogs breath in my face. 03/27/2015
took some time I got this to use with my cat. He wouldn't drink it at first. I found that starting at half strength and working up a little bit every three or four days got him used to it. Not sure of effectiveness yet, but was hoping what I learned so far would be helpful. 02/10/2015
Bandit has been using C.E.T. AquaDent Drinking Additive for 9 years. He is 10 years old and has always had a good check up at the vet. he has never needed a cleaning from the vet. The vet started him on this when he was only a year old. Bandit is 11 lbs and in good health. Beverly and Paul, the owners of Bandit. Very happy with this product. 11/09/2014
Dog loves it and it works great! A clean fresh bowl of water each morning with a quick squirt of AquaDent and my dog is set for the day. Couldn't be easier. I've been using it for 2 years. Bad breath is history. Good dental checkups. Recommended by my vet, and now it's recommended by me. 10/03/2014

(DABT) and having a special interest in xylitol toxicosis, specifically states in a risk assessment paper written about C.E.T. AQUADENT Drinking Water Additive: Based on published studies of xylitol toxicity in dogs and the APCC's experience, proper use of this product (according to label directions) should not present a risk of hypoglycemia in dogs. In addition, no significant hepatic (liver) toxicity would be expected
I just found out that it contains Xylitol which is deadly to dogs. I have almost use one full bottle of this over a period of time and have noticed my dog getting very aggressive. I have stopped now and am returning the product to my veterinarian's office. You would think they would know better than to sell this stuff.
Answer:What a great question. The following information appears on the label of C.E.T. AquaDent:

I hope you find this helpful.
Answer:NO!! It is not safe for any dogs. XYLITOL, an artificial sweetener that is safe for humans, is TOXIC TO DOGS. A small amount of this ingredient causes a spike in insulin and drops their glucose levels very quickly, and may kill the dog if veterinary intervention is not immediate.
