I have used it twice and had no results. And yes I have done ALL the other precautions to rid my house, dog, and yard of them...I don't know what else to do...
i am very happy that my cat is relieved from fleas. I bathed him then make sure all waters are removed before get soaked from dip. I used 2 tablespoons dip in 1 gallon water.I poured it on him and leave him in bathroom for an hour or so. i didnt rinsed it. since it need to kill fleas and eggs really good. it works great!! it has been an week after dipped. i can smell "dip". no more itch for him and no more crazy attitude from tabby like freaky cat lol. i will use it again if one flea come back.
Super easy effective way to keep fleas off your pet. I used this on my golden retriever, labrador, and english bulldog with no problems. I put the dogs in a tub with the right mixture of water and solution for 5 minutes then took them out and thoroughly rinsed them. Do not submerge their head in the solution, simply carefully get behind their ears and no further on their head. It's been 4 weeks since the first bath with Bio Spot Pyrethrin Dip and there's been zero itching from the dogs. Great product!
You dip the animals, spray the house, and then you re do it all again in 7 days. You are killing the fleas the first time, but in a week the eggs that the first batch laid are now hatching. Then put Revolution on the animals.
II have dipped my pets twice this season and bombed the house twice (both at the same time of course) and I am still infested. You may ask if I know what I am doing... I am a certified groomer and have my pesticide license. I am also a certified trainer. I was a Canine Specialist for four years w/ two different pet stores. When people asked me what to do to get rid of fleas I would explain and I made two people cry saying they could not do ALL of that, or afford it. I told them they could not afford not to and they would spend as much if they kept trying the wrong way. SO I do know what I am doing.
I have spent over $500.00 this season alone in flea treatments and granted this killed tons of fleas on all three of my pets twice but not all of them. So now it's my turn to cry and my pets are still suffering... I used to make some money by pet sitting and have had to turn away my regular customers due to this as well and have lost an average of $250.00 this year. This bings me to a loss of nearly a grand. Granted the dip was not the whole cost and I do not wish give this impression.
I have 2 indoor Cats Mskitty 11 yrs old, and her Aunt Lil Lighten 6 yrs old and they never go out side, and I think they get the Fleas from their cousins spring, nice weather I open the double door, and the front door, also I figured also the dag gone Fleas take a Free ride on my when I enter the Home! Please Help I have tried Front line, Cap Star, every fall I get them gone, by paying so much money out during the summer for stuff, hay bought many FrontStar, and Cap Star to finally do the job because they are so good, but its all the money buying thats hitting me so hard!! TY for any, and all the Help any body can provide!!
my cat is about 8 months old. we have been using frontline for about 2 months. no fleas or ticks, but after several days outside will start scratching feet and legs til they are raw. looks like chigger bites I have had myself.
Hello Wrestler, We hope you and your pet are doing well today. We are very sorry the Bio Spot Pyrethrin Dip dose not take care of chiggers. The Bio Spot Pyrethrin Dip only covers Kills and repels fleas, ticks, lice, gnats, mosquitoes and flies. We would suggest that you consult your vet. We look forward to helping you and your pet again.
No no and no. You shouldn't even be using Pyrethrins on your cat since it's so toxic! Stick with a topical treatment like Frontline or Revolution for a few months and the fleas should be gone.
