this product left my poor cat with scabs and burns all over and it didn't even get rid of his fleas. i am horrified and furious that this has happened.
I used for first time wiil never use again.Beware of this product, spend extra on good flea this will get your cats sick even kill them.used on 3 cats all got sick withn 4hours
there was alot of liquid to apply to the cat-the liquid after two weeks is still oily on the back of the cats-the fleas are still on the cats even next to the area where i applied the biospot-i would never use it again- it was not effective at all.
this is Allie. her fleas are still alive.she expired within 48 hours of using Biosppot for cats as directed .we did not purchase the product from 1 800 petmeds. we purchased from a retail store.
This is what I did, cause it didn't work for me, so if I were you don't use it againl. Try Frontline in conjuction with Capstar (its a pill that kills fleas on your pet for 24 hours, and it works). I emailed BIO spot and they told me to send a copy of the receipt with a copy of the package, with the email saying I could get a refund. Email them, explaining your disappointment, and they should offer a refund.
I put the frontline that I ordered on Maggie and Sassy and it doesn't seem to be working this time the dogs are still scratching I have never had this to happen I ordered the correct dosage per pound so maggie weighs 16 pounds and i got the dosage up to 22 pounds and sassy weight 35 pounds and i got her the up to 44 pounds I know it isn't that do you have any suggestions
Here is a good way to go about using Frontline. Buy capstar, which is a pill that you give your pet, it kills all fleas on the cat instantly for 24 hours. It really works!! They just fall off. Give them this, and then put frontline on them. Then thorougly clean your house. You may have an infestation, and the fleas are jumping back onto your animals. The capstar works, I was very impressed when i put it on my three cats. I found dead fleas all over the kitchen within a hour.
If you purchased the medication from us and it is not working for you, please contact us by phone (1-800-738-6337) or by email (customerservice@1800petmeds.com). We will be happy to refund you for the product, and find something else for you that works.
