How it works:
Instead of giving your dog the same food day after day, add a little more variety to your dog's diet and give Beneful prepared meals. Each prepared meal includes meat, vegetables and wholesome grains to help keep your pet healthy.
One Beneful Prepared Meal container replaces approximately 3/4 cup dry pet food.
Tip: Growing puppies need up to twice as much food per pound of body weight as adult dogs.

winston eats it daily!
Winston, my nine month old shihtzu-schnauzer mix is a verrry picky eater! I have switched his dry food many times since he's been a part of my family. finally, i tried the different beneful meals (just a scoop mixed in with his dry food at every meal) and he couldnt get enough! I would definitely recommend this product to someone who has a picky pet :) the variety of flavors and meals practically guarantees that there's one your dog will love. try it!!

picky cairn
Our Cairn terrier is 10 1/2 yr. young and is a very picky eater! Introduced him to Beneful wet and dry and he eats them both without turning up his nose. He will literally just lay there next to the plate (he won't eat out of a bowl : D ) if other food isn't embellished with something from our dinner. Not so with Beneful! He also eats the dry for a snack! He doesn't like treats either (except milk bones) so this is his treat! He has lots of energy and is extremely playful! Thank you Beneful for a great product. Oh, and by the way, his weight and health are perfect!

Benefil Wet
My dog loves the taste. It is filled with identifiable chicken or lamb. Dog doesn't like beef flavors. I use this to mix with FlintRiver Ranch dog food which is well balanced.
With wet Benefil-
Dog tended to have runny stools when she initially ate only this. Ingredients are not the best- wheat gluten, artificial flavors, soy, Dog itched badly when she ate only this and tended to regurgitate excessively.
I wouldn't re3commend it based on the fillers and artificial ingredients.

Best Special Treat
When our old 14 year old quit eating, we found the only food she would eat is the Beneful Prepared Meals. She loved those only. She would not eat anything else.
Our young standard poodle also loved them but we give them to her as a special dinner when we are doing special dinners. When our old girl died and we were in mourning, we gave her the special dinner at night for a week. It was comfort food for her. But she does love the dry food so that is good.

Rescue Me
We took a rescue dog in about a year ago, didn't know his true history. He loved the benefuls, but looks like he is allergic to it. He broke out with a rash on he's stomach that later got infected. A couple trips to the vet, he's all better now. Only dry benefuls for my dog.

Ali, good question. Since we mail each package individually to your house, and Walmart and Petsmart sell in a warehouse type setting where you have to go there and make your puchase, there is a cost involved. Shipping costs are constantly increasing, unfortunately. Having the convenience of delivery is well worth it to many of our customers.
