\n Please, do not buy this! We were in need of a flea treatment for our dog, who is 3 years old and healthy. Typically we use Seresto but since we were low on funds we decided to try this cheaper option! Big mistake! I put the collar on our dog around 11:30 am. Around 1:00pm, about an hour and a half later I noticed she was super lethargic, not moving from her spot. This continued to increase as time went on. Her face became swollen, double in size. Her skin and eyes became red. Her eyes were puffed almost completely shut and her tongue was sticking out, she was drooling on herself unable to move or respond. As I started to worry I tried offering her a treat, which normally she goes crazy for. She just let it fall to the ground and barely even looked at it, had no reaction when I let her smell it. This was the biggest red flag. I took the collar off her immediately and phoned my boyfriend who left work so we could take her to the vet. After about an hour or two of removing the collar her normal color started to return and the swelling in her face and eyes went down. Took her about 3-4 hours to fully recover. Do not buy this! I’m almost positive this product would have killed her had I not noticed the signs and left it on. I wrote the company and they never responded, I plan on taking further action. DO NOT BUY THIS!!!\n

\n I just switched from the Seresto collar to these collars on my two dogs (65 pounds and 20 pounds). After 4-5 days of having these collars on, my larger dog suddenly developed neurological symptoms. The collar warns that sensitivity can occur but it does not say what to look for. I would highly recomend if using this collar looking out for any trembling, increased heart rate, excessive panting, and drooling after a few days of wearing this product. I cannot confirm that the collar was the culprit as my other dog did not have any issues hence the two stars. However, nothing else in my larger dogs routine changed and the convulsing stopped completely within an hour of removing the collar. I ended up panicking and bringing him to the emergency vet to get him checked out, at this point his vitals had returned to normal and after some monitoring we decided to bring him home without further action. He has since been fine but I will be switching back to the seresto collar just in case. I just want everyone considering this product to be aware of what to watch for so they can save themselves an emergency vet bill if their dog happens to be sensitive to this product.\n
