What is Boswellia serrata?

Boswellia serrata, also known as Indian frankincense, is a large branching tree native to India, Northern Africa, and the Middle East. The tree's resin contains boswellic acids, which have shown in laboratory studies to support a healthy inflammatory response¹ and promote joint health². What is Turmeric?
