Terrible sticky mess
I’m sure it works but why did they have to make this product be essentially like putting piles of sticky glue into your pets ears? My cat’s ears and back paws are covered in a sticky, gooey film that’s going to take days to clear off after finishing treatment. I felt so bad giving him this treatment and I’m so glad it’s over.

Worse product ever. Should not get a star
I took my 11 year old pit bull to the vet 2 weeks ago for a hematoma on his right ear flap. The dr said he had some yeast in his ear and the hematoma is from shaking his head. Which he really hadn’t been doing. So as a precautionary measure she prescribed airplane drops 2 times a day for 2 weeks. 2 days after giving the drops I started to notice he couldn’t hear us anymore. Called the dr and she blew it off saying she never hear of this before, when we told her it was all over the internet that dogs were loosing their hearing from these drops she said to just give it 6-8 weeks. As we were trying to ask if there was anything we could do to help expedite the issue she proceeded to just hang up on us. Had I known this was even a side effect over my dead body would I have ever given these drops. 2 weeks now and he still cannot hear. He used to have perfect hearing. This breaks my heart. DO NOT EVER GIVE THIS TO YOUR DOGS!

My dog had a really bad ear infection and was shaking her head non stop for hours until we got her to the vet. This medication started working in 3 Days She seemed completely healed but still used for the rest of the directed time of usage. I even used the remaining for a second ear infection(she swims a lot) even though I know I’m not supposed to do that and I got great results again! Hooray!

This product is great for Cockers
I clean my cocker's ears every 7 to 10 days with ear wash and use the non-alcohol canine ear wipes a couple of times a week for maintenance but every few months she'll get stinky, yeasty ears. My vet has prescribed several different treatments but none have worked as well as the Surolan drops. On day 3 she stopped scratching and rubbing them and by day 4 the smell was completely gone. After the 7 day treatment was completed I cleaned them out really good and to my surprise there was very little discharge. Note - Please use 2x/day for 7-full days...don't stop the treatment when there's improvement.
