I've been using only 1 - 2 drops topical flea-i-cide on all my cats for 30 years it's always worked. Don't need to give them whole tube. Anyone else tried this?

Asked by: Alaina
As a licensed pharmacy, we recommend applying the entire contents of the tube to ensure your furry baby is fully protected.

What revolution product would be the most beneficial for an inside cat.

Asked by: Brenda
Revolution Plus provides the most complete protection. It is a safe and effective monthly topical medication that provides 6-in-1 protection for cats. Revolution Plus kills fleas before they lay eggs, and kills ticks for a full month. In comparison to Revolution for cats, Revolution Plus kills 3 types of ticks (black-legged tick, Gulf Coast tick, and American dog tick) for a full month. It also prevents heartworm disease and treats and controls ear mites, roundworms, and hookworms.

How long will the lethargy n anorexic last in a cat after a dose??

Asked by: Lois
I've looked for information concerning this and have not found any yet. There may be more details listed on the product insert but I am still waiting for the first Revolutuion Plus to be delivered to my hospital. I would suggest that if either of these side effects lasts more than 24-48 hours, please consult your veterinarian.

What about contact with the cat after application? My 2 year old is very close to our cat and I am unsure about using a topical.

Asked by: Groot5309
I always recommend that any topical heartworm and/or flea prevention be applied to a dog or cat just before bedtime. That way, no one is tempted to pet the pet before it has a chance to be absorbed and/or spread over the pet's body and dry, which is usually by morning. Once it has that chance to dry, it should be safe for you and your child to pet and snuggle with the pet.
