The Travel Lite Wire Dog Crate is a wire dog crate designed with a "swing up" door, which works just like a garage door. Swing out bulky doors can get in your way, but the swing up and in door (on the front of the crate) allows easier access for both you and your pet. The Travel Lite Wire Dog Crate is especially beneficial for pets who need your assistance getting in and out of their crate. It has two doors, the one on the front (swing up/front door) which rolls up easily and a small top door, which can be used for easy access to your pet's water and food bowls. It also has double-click locks, which are easy for you to use but secure for your pet. The insulated base is cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter months. One of the best features of the Travel Lite Wire Dog Crate is that it is portable; it collapses and comes with built-in wheels to help you get your pet anywhere he or she needs to go.

How it works: The Travel Lite Wire Dog Crate is great for:
Dogs who recently had surgery or suffer from an injury - it's easy for you to use, just pull up and push the door in, allowing for a wide opening for you to help your dog inside.
Training- thanks to the plastic base, which is easy to clean.
Separation anxiety- keeps your pet from chewing on furniture and urinating on floors.
Use as a bed and “safe place” when traveling to other people's homes.
Cautions:
Intended for pets only. Do not leave your pet unattended, or for long periods of time. Do not use near an open or exposed flame. Never use plastic shipping bags or other plastic film as pad covers not sold and intended for that purpose as they can cause suffocation. Remove all leashes or collars before placing your pet into a crate.
This crate does require some assembly. Before assembling, make sure all of the parts are included.
1 crate
2 attached latches
3 locks on the "front door"
Initial Assembly
To begin assembly, remove the folded crate so the plastic base is on the bottom and unlatch the locking device located on the side of the crate.
Place your hand on the top of the crate and grab any of the wires on the top. Unfold the first layer of wiring and pull upwards, the frame will unfold and start to form into a square. (The section where your hand is placed is the top of the crate.)
Reach inside the crate and pull the end pieces out until they fit into the clips on the ends.
Secure both end pieces by pulling them forward while also pulling down on the top panel, then fit the hooks on the end pieces over the top wires.
When using front door
For opening the front door, press the tabs inside the latches and pull up on latch. Swing door out and push into the top slot.
When you are ready to pull door down, pull out from top slot and swing door out, align the bottom locks and press down until you hear them click.
When using the top door
Stand beside the crate; the side that is closest to the latches works best. Lift up latches and slightly tilt them towards each other at a 45 degree angle
Pull latches towards you until they are no longer touching the top door and lift up on door to open.
To close, reverse this process.
Tip: While assembling the Travel Lite Wire Dog Crate, you may want to wear gloves so as not to pinch your skin.
How to Purchase the Right Crate For Your Dog:
Your pet should be able to stand and fully turn around in the crate.
Pick a size that your pet will fit into when fully grown.

Actually quite nice.
I purchased this crate for my great dane/german shepherd mix and it ended up being just perfect. I love that this crate has wheels on the bottom to help move it around easier and it can fold easily when I need to travel. I do travel a lot so it's perfect. I also love that it has two different openings. It ended up being better than I expected. When I got it, it was easy to assemble. Really no hassle. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

Very satisfied
I bought this cage for my bulldog, she is 80 pounds
and has never been crated, she is getting use to the crate now in prep for when she has surgery on her alc. The long side door is very handy I leave it open in the room so daisy can come and go in it on her own.
It also will fit nicely in the back of my vehicle for transportation. I like it and so does Daisy.
