Silicon dioxide is used in supplements to prevent the various powdered ingredients from sticking together. Numerous studies have found no health risks associated with this particular ingredient. Silicon dioxide is found naturally in many plants as well. For example, leafy green vegetables, beets, bell peppers, brown rice and oats, and alfalfa. This product has no known side effects.

Initial dosing says 1 EOD for wt of my dog. Would 1/2 a chew EVERY day be an acceptable or even superior dosing to maintain constant level of ingredients in dog's system? I assume I could cut "chews" in half. Am I wrong? Thk u!!

What flavor are the softies?

Telling me that its a "natural flavor" in the ingredients & "a flavor that most dogs love" in the blurb does nothing for me. I have a dog that loves chicken, garlic, duck & turkey things but beef or peanut butter? Not so much. So I NEED to know if I'm going to be able to give her this, & she's going to WANT to eat it, before I invest $19 plus shipping IN it.

My Chi weights 3.5 lbs can I give him a whole chew?
