What is Zero Odor Pet Spray Kits?

How it Works:
Zero Odor's technology works by seeking out and bonding with odor molecules. It then turns those odor molecules into non-odor molecules permanently, so you no longer have to deal with embarrassing smelly pet odors. There are four products in each kit to help you get rid of pet odors left by either your dog or your cat.

Directions:
Choose between the Zero Odor Dog Lover Kit or the Zero Odor Cat Lover Kit and receive four bottles of the Zero Odor's breakthrough technology. Here's how each product works:
- Zero Odor Pet (Dog and Cat Lover Kit): Spray anywhere in the air or on hard or soft surfaces. If pet odor is embedded, then additional applications may be necessary. On fabrics and carpet, pre-test for color fastness and water staining. Not to be combined or used with deodorizers or household cleaning products and stain removal products. Not to be applied directly on people or pets.
- Zero Odor Pet Stain Remover (Dog Lover Kit): Flush the stained area with water and blot dry. Spray (do not pour) Zero Odor on the stain. Rub gently with a clean sponge and blot again, preferably with a white paper towel. If the pet stain is old or deeply embedded, additional applications may be necessary. On fabrics and carpet, pre-test for color fastness and water staining. Not to be combined or used with deodorizers or household cleaning products and stain removal products. Not to be applied directly on people or pets.
- Zero Odor Litter Spray (Cat Lover Kit): Spray directly onto soiled cat litter once or twice a day as needed. When changing the litter, spray into the litter box and wipe clean after the soiled litter has been removed. Spray on soiled litter that has been placed in the garbage can to eliminate odors from that source. On fabrics and carpet, pre-test for color fastness and water staining. Did not meet expectations
As for the product that lifts stains, Zero Odor was fairly effective. As for eliminating odor? No. I brought an older puppy home from the human society. She had a GI infection and had accidents all over my car carpet and leather seats. The leather cleaned up nicely, the odor remains in the carpet. I saturated the carpet with Zero Odor and there is no reduction in odor. I will reapply today. Also there are two urine spots from this pup on my home carpet. I treated with Zero Odor, but odor remains.

A solution to odor
Have used this product on cat and dog odors. What a relief to have something that really works. Have even used it on old urine spots from one of our sick dogs.

I've tried both of these products (for cats & dogs) and neither were effective. The sprayers last for 2 sprays, then you have to re-position the bottles for more sprays. I was really hoping they'd work but, don't live up to the hype or price!

I have four cats and one male likes to mark his territory ( he's fixed but still sprays) This product took out the odor and keeps the litter box fresh, REALLY!

It did not take out the urine odor
My female just had a litter of puppies and I bought this product to see if it would be a little more effective than Nature's Miracle and it did not measure up, so I ended up going out and buying some nature's miracle to do the job but it does remove the animal odor in furniture if you use it every day....

Worked Great
We used the Cat version of this product on a patio cushion that our cat urinated on. Nothing we tried (including commercial and home remedies) seemed to work on it. After 2 treatments, there is no more noticeable cat urine smell. I have to try it on a sofa that my cat urinated on years ago.

If this product is sprayed where my cat likes to sniff and (sometimes) mark, will this product stop the cat from continuing to go to that area?
I don't know if a previous owner of the home had a cat or dog, but we have had the carpets changed and professionally cleaned twice because my cat continues to want to mark it every now and then. The best recommendation we could get from pet stores and my Veterinarian was to spray a product called Feline Away to the area. It is said to "calm" the cat if she goes into that area so she won't want to spray....it does not work at all. Thank you for your time.
yes, it does work for "marked" areas. It took a few application but the scent is gone and he has not sprayed that area again. I cleaned the area first sprayed Zero Out a few times, let it dry and sprayed it again, no smell remained. I even got on my hands and knees to smell the area, NO ODOR!

Do these products contain enzymes?
Many odor control products contain enzymes that work by breaking down the protein in pet stains. They will also break down the protein in animal fibers such as silk and wool. Is it safe to use the product near or on these fibers?
It is safe to use however apply a small mist in a small area to test it due to not knowing how delicate the fiber is. It contains no enzymes (it does contains Halosulfonamide carbon based compound)

Is Zero Odor safer than regular name brand air fresheners for asthmatic people and pets?
Hi This is not an air freshener its suppose to be sprayed at source of the odor however it is not allergenic. If you are your pet are Asthmatic you should always consult your Doctor or vet before using new products.
