Disappointed in results
I have been giving this to my white {pom/chow) daily since November for a bad case of tear stains. In addition I have been cleaning them daily with diluted baby shampoo. I have seen no results in the dark stains. This product did not work for us. I had read reviews prior to buying it and they were mixed. I had hoped we would have good results. Expensive lesson.

It really works
My 14 year old girl (mixed breed) has a grey around her eyes and she started to have the "red tears" and after giving her the chews and using the wipes after about 6 weeks I saw a huge improvement. She is a very finicky eater and she loves the chews.

This REALLY works!!
After trying the Angel Eyes powder and several similar products, I wasn't happy that most of them have ingredients that aren't all natural and some have antibiotics! I decided to give the Natural Soft Chews a try... MUCH easier to use than the powders!! We give one each night as a bedtime treat. He doesn't even know it's not really a treat!
After 2 months... the difference is AMAZING!! He doesn't even look like the same dog!! Around his eyes and his paws are actually WHITE!!
I don't often write reviews for anything... but this product is worth EVERY penny!! Just take a look at the before and after pics!

I see a lot of comments that this does not work. I am not sure why. I have a Bishon and It did WONDERS for her eyes. Been using it for 2 yrs now. She is 12 yrs old and I just put a scoop in her wet food and she LOVES IT. Must use it every day and give it time to work...

must get original chicken-not natural
The "natural" product does not work. I ordered the soft chews from another site and didn't realize that they were different. The chicken with Tylosin in it is the only one that works. The Tylosin is the magic ingredient. I used the powder first and had great results, then I got the soft chews because that's easier to throw in the dog bowl rather than having to measure out the powder. I didn't know it was a different formula and her dark brown stains re-appeared. I wish I had been warned of the difference. Now, we're waiting for the stains to grow out so I can trim them off and get her back to looking good.

This product is great. It does take a week or two to fully notice the absence of stains. When Misha was groomed the next time...no stains to see. Tear production was also decreased significantly. Love it!

can the chews be used to replace the Angel Eye powder without any problem?
The chewable form is a more palatable and like a treat for your pet.

My dog had cataract surgery. Can this product be used?
Since your pet has had surgery you will need to speak to your vet/ or pet eye doctor before using any medication or supplements for the eyes. They would be to able provide the best answer in the event there were any unforseen issues.

Do these products dissolve "sleep sand"? And is there a topical I can use to dissolve "sleep sand" instead?
Also, if this product would meet my dog's needs, I have no idea which of the three varieties to give her. But I'd rather use a topical on a kleenex or piece of cotton than have her ingest something.
