Denosyl Chewable Tablets is a non-prescription (OTC) product available as 225mg tablets.

The tablets should be given on an empty stomach at least one hour before feeding for optimal absorption. The usual daily dose in dogs is based on weight. For dogs up to 6 lbs give 1/4 tablet, for dogs 7 to 15 lbs give 1/2 tablet, for dogs 16 to 30 lbs give 1 tablet, for dogs 31 to 45 lbs give 1 1/2 tablets, for dogs 46 to 60 lbs give 2 tablets, for dogs 61 lbs and up give 1/2 tablet for every 15 lbs of body weight. Example: a 75-lb dog is given 2 1/2 chewable tablets daily. The number of chewable tablets given may be gradually reduced, or increased, at any time at the recommendation of your veterinarian.
