What is Bio Spot Active Care Indoor Fogger?
Bio Spot Active Care Indoor Fogger protects your home against flea infestations, including adult fleas, eggs and larvae for up to 7 months. It also kills spiders, ticks, ants, cockroaches, mosquitoes, silverfish, crickets, earwigs, flies, wasps, sowbugs and other insects.

How it Works:
The Insect Growth Regulator in Bio Spot Active Care Indoor Fogger provides up to 7 months' protection by preventing flea eggs from ever developing into biting fleas. Bio Spot Active Care Indoor Fogger also kills adult fleas, hatching flea eggs, flea larvae, ticks, house flies, cockroaches, carpet beetles, ants, spiders, flying moths, clothes moths, mosquitoes, silverfish, saw-toothed grain beetles, rice weevils, pill bugs, crickets, confused flour beetles, wasps, hornets, and palmetto bugs.
Cautions:
Keep out of the reach of children. Avoid breathing vapors or spray mist. Remove people, pets and birds, and cover fish aquariums before spraying. Causes moderate eye irritation. Repeated exposure to Etofenprox can cause skin irritation. Avoid contact with eyes, skin or clothing. Breathing spray mist may be harmful. Wash hands thoroughly with soap and water after handling and before eating, drinking chewing gum, using tobacco or using the toilet. Contents of can are under pressure and extremely flammable.

What is this product used for:
Bio Spot Active Care Indoor Fogger kills fleas, flea eggs and larvae and controls reinfestation for up to 7 months. It also kills ticks, house flies, cockroaches, carpet beetles, ants, spiders, flying moths, clothes moths, mosquitoes, silverfish, saw-toothed grain beetles, rice weevils, pill bugs, crickets, confused flour beetles, wasps, hornets, and palmetto bugs.

How this product should be used:
Read all directions and cautions completely before use. For best results, treat all infested areas. Use one fogger for each 3,000 cubic feet (approximately 25 ft x 15 ft x 8 ft ceiling) of unobstructed area. To start fogging, shake the fogger well before use. Hold the can at arm's length with the top of the can pointing away from face and eyes. Push down on finger pad until it locks. This will start fogging action. Set the canister in an upright position on a table, stand, etc. (up to 30 inches in height in the center of the area) and place several thicknesses of newspaper under the canister to prevent marring of the surface. Treat the whole dwelling, using multiple units in homes with more than one level and numerous rooms.
What are the side effects:
This product can be harmful if swallowed. Call a physician or poison control center immediately. If in the eyes, flush with plenty of water. If on skin or clothing, remove clothing and wash before reuse. Wash skin with soap and warm water.
What special precautions are there:
This product is highly flammable. Do not use near an open flame. Do not use more than one fogger per room. Do not use in closets or cabinets. Do not use in rooms smaller than 5 ft by 5 ft. Do not re-enter building for at least 2 hours. Ventilate the area and wait an additional 2 hours before re-occupying the building.
In the event of overdose:
Contact a physician or poison control center immediately.
How should I store this product:
Store this product in a cool, dry area away from heat or open flame. Keep out of the reach of children and pets.

This product contains a chemical known to the State of California to cause cancer.
Directions:
- Preparation: Remove all people and pets from household, leaving the pets' bedding since this is where many fleas hide. Remove or cover exposed food, dishes, utensils, surfaces, and food-handling equipment. Turn off fans and air conditioners. Cover waxed floors by covering with newspaper. Also cover the surface (table or stand) where the fogger can will eventually be placed. One unit treats up to 3,000 cubic feet (approximately 25 ft. x 15 ft. x 8 ft. ceiling).
- When ready to begin fogging: Shake can well before using. Hold can at arm's length and press down on finger pad until the pad locks into place, beginning the fogging action. Place the canister in an upright position, in the center of the table (up to 30 inches in height in the center of the area).Treat the whole dwelling using multiple units in homes with more than one story an numerous rooms. Leave the building at once and do not re-enter for at least two hours. After two hours, open all outside doors and windows, and turn on fans and air conditioners to air out treated areas for at least 2 hours before re-occupying.
Tip:
Turn off all ignition sources such as pilot lights (shut off gas valves), other open flames or running electrical appliances that cycle off and on (refrigerators, thermostats, etc)

Easy instructions
If used correctly this product does the job. It is not intended for carpet. There are other products for carpet. Bare floors!! It will also take up to 24 hours to fully work. I did stay out of the house longer. I set them of and had errands and was gone for 4 hours. My yard was sprayed too and pets were treated with frontline. Havent seen anything and I was infested. There is a video about how to use the products correctly on U Tube.

save your money
We purchased six of these foggers, three for each floor for a two story home and are still being bitten. Very dissatisfied. This fogger is actually a mist or spray and not an actual "fog"or smoke that would perhaps penetrate items more thoroughly. Save your money and purchase a different product.

Waste of Money
We used all three of these things in a three level, 2000 sf townhouse. Set them off saturday morning and came back Sunday. Within an hour of being home, we found a flea in the carpet. These things do not work.

Not 100% Effective
I used a can in our family room which is 15x15, we stripped everything out of the room, vacuumed the floor numerous times before using the fogger and waited a couple of extra hours before we checked things out, we noticed fleas within an hour of being back in the room.
Maybe a second treatment would kill the rest, but for the size of the room we had it should have been effective.

Total Waste of Money and Time
I went all out. Used all three of them instead of the 1 recommended for my space. While I was doing that, I sprayed the yard three times the amount I was recommended to spray, and bathed my dogs and put flea and tick medicine on them. And when I came in and started airing stuff out I saw a tick about 1 foot away from where the three foggers were, totally alive. So I watched it for a while. Totally not dying at all. I even left the house longer than I was supposed to so it would really hit it hard. Total waste of time. The only thing I have less of now, is the money I spent to get this stupid product.

POINT BLANK.....................Does not work.............
We bombed ever room in the house, raid also all furnature and we still have them. Anyone have suggestions for me instead of waisting money on this product. We have hundreds of dollars in to this product.........

Awful Product
After bathing all five of our dogs, giving them their flea treatment, and then fogging the house the dogs are still plagued with fleas and the house is as well. I will not recommend this, nor will I ever buy it again. Waste of time and money.

How long will it take for the bugs to die? We followed directions and were gone all day to return and there to still be living fleas and some roaches.
This was a 2400sq ft house; we used the 3 pack for 3000 sq ft. Are they fleeing the poison and will die or do we need to do it again?
Thank you for your question. The foggers take about two hours to fully empty in the house and up to 24 hours for all of the bugs to die.

my garage is attached the house, and separated by a door with weatherstrip.

No unfortunately all pets must be removed before using the defogger.

my apartment has soo many fleas, i set one off in the living room which is open to the dining and kitchen, i also set one off in my bedroom, i really need my bedroom taken care of and i thought one can wouldnt be enough, did i completely ruin my apartment? is it going to blow up? :[
No, it's not like it's going to work anyway. You could use 50 cans and probably sit in the same room and watch the critters hanging out like nothing is happening.

I would like to use this product in my garage, but the water heater in also in the garage, will this be a problem?
If you are going to use this product in your garage, it is important to shut off the water heater at your circuit breaker panel. Also, let the garage air out for at least 1 hour before connecting power back to your water heater.

I need to get rid of fleas in house/yard
How many cans of fogger should I use in a 3400sq. ft 2 level home? Downstairs is worse right now. I also heard spraying the front and back yards are good to do first.

I defogged our home today and also put Advantage on my two cats. Do I have to use the flea comb on them after doing this and if so when? I vacumed before defogging so do I vacume tonight after defogging or when should I. Thank you so much,

Vacum after and every day until the fleas are gone and empty the bag/canister and remove it from the house after every vacuming. I would also groom as much as possible to ensure you get all of the dead fleas, eggs, larve etc off.
