Solved Our Dogs Weird Bumps Problem
Our dog had these weird bumps on his body that were flaky and gross. The vet set it was most likely some kind of a fungus. Our dog (who is part hound) also tends to have a funky smell. This shampoo completely solved his bumps problem! He never gets them anymore. This is the ONLY shampoo I buy for him now. I also get compliments on how he smells after we wash him. I don't usually write reviews, but wanted to give my thumbs up on this.

Will it help
Will this shampoo help my Shih Tzu from licking and scratching his paws and under his front legs and back legs where he has red sore looking skin from licking all the time, not sure if it is a yeast infection or hot spots, at this time we are treating him for yeast infection in his ears.

NO MORE SMELL from
After 4+ years of living with our golden smelling like a corn chip all the time, this shampoo has been a miracle!! I don't usually write reviews but give this a try and hopefully it will work for you too. We have tried no grain food, expensive vet bills, and numerous kinds of medication to get rid of the yeast infection on her body. Thankfully this shampoo worked for us!

Great shampoo for itchy yeasty dog
We used Malaseb shampoo to treat our dog when she first had her skin infection/allergy at its worst. Since the weather became cooler her skin got better, but she still had some white/brown flakes and that corn chip odor. After shampooing with the Be Super Clean, she smelled great and we noticed a lot of that remaining skin debris at the bottom of the tub when we rinsed her. We like the thickness of the shampoo as it appears to stick well and gets that medication on her skin while we wait the 10 minutes. If it's too thick, we just add a bit more water and lather well. We especially like that it does not remove her Frontline flea medication, and we will continue to use the Be Super Clean to maintain her skin and coat. The product arrived as estimated and our dog enjoyed the biscuit!

Best shampoo ever. No more itching and licking after first use. It was unbelievable. I soaked Bella's paws in the shampoo and water for 5 minutes while bathing her and there has been no more constant licking of the paws and no more scratching. You have got to try this product if you pet is suffering from itchy paws and skin.

This is a dogs life saver! Works great
My first order of this product and I can see results already. After treating my dog with oral meds and vet ordered shampoo, well-- the answer was 1-800-Petmeds. We own a Shih-Tzu and she developed an ordor and real bad fungus and even was dandruff like. Not now, what was left of the fungus appears to be gone, only after one treatment, 10 minutes, and then a rinse. Her hair is soft and a shine that is wonderful. No licking or scratching---thank you for all the positive reviews. Other wise I would not have tried it. Now I need a way to prevent sweat gland tumors that are begin. I love my dog!

I have a French mastiff that smelled bad all the time and was licking his feet constantly. The licking of the feet was ruining his pads and his toenails were turning black and funky.
I went online to I800petmeds and started checking things out and came across this shampoo. I read the reviews and didn't let the part about it being thick discourage me and I am truly thankful I didn't.
Within 1 shampooing my dog had relief on his feet and the odor that he had was gone. I wasn't convinced at first but it has been a year now and my TANK is still doing great. The bad smell has never come back and his feet are fine. As far as his feet I think it's a summer time thing from living in Florida. But I kept it under control all summer this year with this shampoo.
As a secondary product I also bought the Tea Tree spray. I kept it in the fridge that way it will be nice and cool and add extra comfort if I needed it.
I love this shampoo. Don't let the issue of it being thick discourage you. I get a bucket and pour some in and add a little water to loosen it up. It will help your dog and make him/her feel so much relief.

Works Great!
I have been using Malaseb shampoo on my scottie as she has allergy and yeast problems. This shampoo is not as harsh as the other, but I like it for when her symptoms are not as severe. It has a nice clean scent and leaves her fur soft.

Will it work on a Shih Tzu?
My Shih Tzu has red on his belly and on his legs where he is constantly biting and scratching, I've been treating him for yeast in his ears and now I'm afraid it has transferred to his skin, I was just wondering if this shampoo will help get rid of this problem, he does not smell as of yet nor is his skin flaking, just red and sore looking, and if this will work on him how often do I use it on him and for how long?. Black Cocker Spaniel with bumps under arm pits
My little cocker spaniel has skin bumps under her arm pits & I bought the Super Clean Shampoo to hopefully alleviate the itch of these bumps but it did not help at all. Has anyone with a cocker spaniel with skin issues used something better?
1 of my dogs had an issue like that and it turned out to be an allergic reaction to chicken. As soon as I changed his food to a product with NO chicken or added chicken of any kind the bumps were gone.
I use the Natural Choice (Lamb and rice).
And the same goes for his treats.
He is perfect now.

What will take away the black stuff on the belly and between legs?
I recently got a dog that has this black dirt looking stuff on his belly and between legs that washing alone doesn't remove .. how do i get this off?
Does it have a bread/corn chip smell? My puppy had this and it was yeast. I had to switch to a grain free food to get rid of it.

Depending on the reason why your dog is itchy, it may. You may want to try changing your dogs diet or take away any environmental factors that may be causing your dog to be itchy. For shedding, possibly not. It doesn't help with shedding for my pup, at least.

Does it work on beards
My dog has a beard and in addition folds on his muzzle, where the bacteria makes him smelly.
