Rated 2 out of 5 by from Side effects I bought this a month ago for my two dogs. To be on the cautious side I put it in their water at half strength. It made their bad breath go away but their butts itched and were inflamed.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Major diarrhea! My 8 year old golden had no problems. My 12 week old got major diarrhea. I finally realized that this was the cause. Thank goodness I did.... Poor puppy! The product did improve their breath. But at a high cost to my sleep and Molly's tummy!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This product is awesome ! Fresh Breath was suggested to me by my friend when i brought up brushing my dogs teeth and how I didn't want to do it. "Buy Fresh Breath, just put it in their water and thats it." Of course I was skeptical, I assumed it probably had all these chemicals in it. I picked up a small bottle and followed the simple instructions. They didn't want to drink it at first, but eventually got thirsty and drank and i've never had issues since.Same with my cats ! It really helped with my cats breath. This product is AWESOME and I love the fact that it contains basic ingredients and is safe for all my animals. And it really does work immediately, After they drink water their breath doesn't smell ! I love it !

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Miracle Worker I bought this from a store on a whim a few weeks ago, not having much faith that it would actually work. My dog has always had bad breath, and terrible stained teeth from plaque. I have attempted teeth brushing, and various teeth cleaning chews, but nothing really helped. After her last vet deep cleaning, I saw this, and thought it might be good for her stiff joints too. At first, she was hesitant to drink the water with it, but after she got thirsty, she drank it normally. She has had no stomach issues. To my amazement, her teeth look as clean as the day she came from the vet. Her breath is better too. I checked with the vet that it was good for her, and she said it wouldn't do her any harm and it was fine to keep using it. I highly recommend this product.....

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I now get kisses without gagging! I have given both of my dogs, a black lab/mastiff mix and a terrier/poodle mix, this additive in their water and have had no problems whatsoever. I just put one full squirt in their water every time I refill it The lab mix had the most awful breath because he has deep jowls. I have used dental wipes, brushed his teeth and anything else I could think of to rid him of this icky smell, but this additive is the only thing I have found that has made his breath neutral and tolerable. I love this stuff. I am sorry for the owners that have had problems, but there is no smell or taste to the additive so the dogs don't even notice it. But I noticed the difference within a day!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Made my pup sick I'll start with the bad because I haven't found many bad reviews at all and the reviewer below me saved me a trip to the vet. I started adding Tropiclean to Rocky’s water a week ago. He was hesitant to drink it until he became thirsty. After the FIRST day, his stomach started growling VERY loudly. I mean LOUD, we could hear it in the next room. I thought it was just gas and continued adding to his water in the morning. The following morning he wouldn’t eat breakfast. I chalked it up to his gas and wasn't worried. Later that night he still wouldn't eat his dinner and I became worried. His stomach was still growling loudly and I thought MAYBE it's because he is hungry. When he wouldn’t eat his breakfast again the following morning, I dumped his water and gave him a fresh bowl. By night time he was eating normally again. Maybe he has a sensitive stomach but this product was NOT for him. Thank God I read the other review because that was the nail in the coffin. He had the exact same symptoms and I’m glad I didn’t wait until blood in his stool. So thank you. Pros- It did help freshen his breath, but I just can’t recommend this product with a clear conscience

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Caused very bad intestinal issues I was very reluctant to use any water additives for my pomeranian's terrible breath (and tear stains). I started using the product in his water Friday evening. Both him and my golden retriever puppy drank the water without thinking twice. On Saturday, the pomeranian had awful intestinal problems (it won't let me mention what happened) all day. The golden's tummy rumbled all day, but had solid. Come Sunday my little guy had extreme d*******, mostly blood, all day. The big guy ate half of his breakfast, and came in the bedroom and pouted with an extremely rumbly tummy (he typically scarfs his food down). Maybe I just have dogs with sensitive stomachs!

This is a product to add to your pet's water dish, and will help with breath. We also have a product that is more like a treat you may want to try. http://www.1800petmeds.com/Breath+Refresher++Chews+for+Dogs-prod10387-10387.html
