Directions:
- 1-800-PetMeds Oatmeal & Aloe Vera Shampoo: Using warm water, wet your pet's coat thoroughly. Avoid contact of soapsuds with eyes. Apply shampoo from tail to head and gently massage deep into coat and skin. Rinse thoroughly. Repeat process. Allow your pet to stay indoors until dry.
- 1-800-PetMeds Ear Cleansing Solution: Apply generously but carefully to the ear canal. Gently massage the base of the ear. Allow pet to shake head, then clean excess with a cotton ball. For very dirty ears, apply 2 or 3 times daily for several days.
- 1-800-PetMeds Vitachews: For dogs under 20 lbs, give 1/2 tablet daily. For dogs over 20 lbs, give 1 tablet daily.
- 1-800-PetMeds Breath Refresher Chews: For dogs under 20 lbs, give 1 chew daily as needed. For dogs over 20 lbs, give 2 chews daily as needed.

I got this kit because I was going to spend $13 on ear cleaner and for $6 more with a $10 off coupon I got shampoo which I also needed and who doesn't need some Vitamins? I was going to get the liquid breath supplement for their water and figured well why not try the breath mints. It was a great deal, all products are full size and work great.
The ear cleaner is just like the epi cleaner but cheaper, smells clean and works great, though like little kids they hate it, lol.
The shampoo works great, smells great and makes them soft and clean.
They love their vitamins and aside from the breath mints which they hated at first and made my pug (the iron stomach) have diarrhea and drool, but it went away after a couple days and she was fine and they both still have horrid breath, lol.
A free greenie is always appreciated.
Overall, I have recommended this to several people and would consider re-ordering it again!

This is a great value set with good products.
SHAMPOO: Smells great, doesn't dry out the skin, and lathers fantastically. This will probably last me at least 8 washes and I have a 110 lb dog.
GREENIES: My dog loved the chew. I'll consider buying him some more.
EAR CLEANSING SOLUTION: Most useless item in this kit for us. My dog really hates it and I hate it just as much. He doesn't get gunk in his ears unless I forget to give him his allergy medications anyway. The solution is like water...I prefer something thicker.
VITACHEWS: Great supplement for dogs. My dog definitely has been looking healthier ever since I started giving him the chews.
BREATH REFRESHER: Not something I need but I stick a tablet in my dogs food every morning and it seems to be working great. Mostly use it for supplemental reasons.

Love this Kit!
Both of my dogs love this! I was pleasantly surprised to have the bottles be full size! The customer service representative assured me that I would be happy with the product. I am delighted!!
The dogs have adapted to the vitamins, the breath freshener is a bit new for flavor - so this has mixed reviews - and is gaining ground, and the greenie was a hit (shock!!).
I haven't tried the shampoo.

I got this wellness kit for my 2 dogs. One of them, Amber, has horrible breath! I was really interested in seeing how the Breath Refresher was going to work, the problem is, I can't get her to eat them, she spits it out every time. I think I will try to just crumble on her food next time. The vita chews though, both my dogs LOVE and happily gobble up!

One Of The Best Kits
I looked at this product one day, and was debating if i should buy it or not...i decided to give this product a chance. Once i bathed my dog with the 1800 petmeds shampoo her skin was a lot softer and i saw the improvments in her skin. The ear cleanser also works very well. Before her ears were dry but now theyre as soft as her fur. Thanks PetMeds

outside gum smells bloody
My dog gets his teeth brush at least 5 days a week... when i'm able. but due to me slipping some... his outside gum on one side of his mouth smells bloody... what can i do? he still lets me brush his teeh...
You might be brushing too hard or the toothbrush might be too hard for him.

What's good for hair loss?
A healthy diet with frequent brushing and a good shampoo every 30 days.
But most importantly, you'll need to figure out why your dog has hair loss. Perhaps it is allergies, mange, or another condition.

Why does my Miniature Schnauzer's fur turn yellowish orange?
This only happens to one of my Schnauzers. He is the one with delicate skin and the coloring only appears on the places he itches most.
Caranee, dog saliva can stain the fur reddish-brown. Is he also licking the itchy areas? If so, you are likely seeing saliva stains on the fur.
We carry Be Bright White shampoo which contains patented optical brighteners to remove stains and yellows while also leaving your pet's coat soft and shiny.
You should also address the cause of the itching, and you might consider a product such as Be Soothed Tea Tree Oil Skin Relief which is a treatment formulated to relieve pain and itching of your dog's skin, based around the healing powers of tea tree oil.

Do most Border Collies have dry pink itchy skin???
it could be eczema, atopic dermatitis or another skin issue the only way to find out for sure is to do a skin scraping to rule out mites
Some conditions are wet, some are dry.
I had some luck going gluten-free with my dog's diet. But her main problem was that she became allergic to fleas. So then you have to really work to keep them flea free...which is a major challenge.
I think it occurs more often in older dogs. There are also conditions like irritable bowel syndrome which causes malnourishment, and appears like a skin condition.

Lab needs oral surgery but must wait
My black lab is in need of oral surgery and I cannot get it done right away. Is there a natural pain medicine or oral rinsing fluid I could use until I can get the surgery done? Or can anyone make a suggestion on what can be done (other than the surgery) to help relieve her mouth discomfort temporarily-until surgery can be performed?

what do i need to get my puppy from getting rabies?
Take you dog to the vet or an animal shelter (most offer low cost vaccinations) and get them vaccinated. The vet will know the right age to start the vaccination, and they will tell you when you have to come back for a booster (its like every 2-3 years after the inital shots). I don't know about your state, but in Florida, they require you to keep a tag on the dog colloar that shows that your rabies vaccine is up to date.

my dog has skin and coat problems his a all white pitbull his under body is all red and dry and flakey he has been seen by a vet and givin steroids ,
and hydrocortoine creams but seeing the vet is very pricey and he is red dry flakey skin every time i give him a bath he stinks with in day all over again can u suggest something for him.
Creams can also cause a fungal infection. I have 2 white bulldogs and if this skin problem gets out of control it can also cause staff infection. These white dogs are very prone to allergies. Steroids can make the situation better -or- worse, depending on the dog. I also recommend using a moisturizing oatmeal shampoo along with a topical flea treatment. If he seems to be sensitive to topical flea treatment, you can give him one benedril up to 2 times per day for a couple days following the flea treatment.
Some people add a little bit of pine sol to the shampoo but this irritated my dogs skin.
