How it Works:
Cosequin® DS Soft Chews Plus MSM inhibit enzymes which break down cartilage, damaging joints and limiting mobility.
Cautions:
For use in animals only. Keep out of reach of children.
Directions:
- The recommended initial administration period is 4-6 weeks.
- Some dogs may respond sooner, at which time the number of soft chews may be reduced to the maintenance level.
- Store in a cool, dry area out of direct sunlight.
- Reseal closure after opening to ensure freshness.
Tip:
Once consistent improvement has been seen, these maintenance levels may be reduced to every other day. The maintenance level can also be used long-term on healthy dogs to help support their joints.

This product has been amazing. My 8 year old shepherd mix was slow moving, grouchy and clearly in pain. After a vet visit we were told that she had arthritis in her hips and back and they recommended a product such as this. I jumped on the Petmeds site right away and ordered these for her. After 2 weeks on this product we began to notice a difference. It has been six months since she has been on these and the difference is amazing. She is like a puppy again. She runs the backyard with the other dogs, she has no problem jumping up on the couch or the bed and she smiles all the time now. She instigates play with the others where she only grumbled at them before. She is a brand new doggie. I highly recommend this product to anyone who has an older dog. This will definitely improve their quality of life for older dogs. Great product. Thank you so much.

Effective and tasty!
As our vet said - there are debates about whether Chondroitin or Glucosamine actually make a difference in joint pain and ease of movement, but a dog doesn't know about the studies. If they make a difference, use them. Our dog no longer struggles to stand or move freely. These soft chews are ideal. She loves the flavor and we don't have to struggle with feeding her pills twice a day. Great product!

what flavor are the cosequin ds with msm maximum strength soft chews?
They smell like beef flavor. My dog loves them she gets very excited when it is time for her "treat".
