How it Works:
Natural Chemistry Natural Flea & Tick Spray for Dogs is fully effective for up to 7 days and works to kill fleas and ticks by contact. It is also effective on other pests like black flies and mosquitoes. It uses biodegradable ingredients and natural botanical extract instead of pyrethrins, which makes this spray safe for any age dog. In addition to a pet spray, you can also use Natural Chemistry Natural Flea & Tick Spray for Dogs on your dog's bedding.
Cautions:
Keep out of reach of children. It is recommended to contact a veterinarian prior to use on newborn puppies. Do not apply directing into eyes, mouth, or nose.
Directions:
- Natural Chemistry Natural Flea & Tick Spray is for dogs only.
- Spray your entire dog, including legs and paws. With gloves, stroke your pet's coat against the lay while spraying to make sure the solution reaches the skin. Spray entire coat until it is damp.
- Make sure not to spray directly into your pet's eyes, mouth or nose.
- Help the solution penetrate your pet's skin by spraying it directly onto the coat and skin and working it in thoroughly.
- Towel dry if desired.
- As with all flea products, wash your hands and any exposed skin thoroughly with soap and water after applying to your pet.
- For bedding, spray on any bedding that may be infested and make sure to saturate any areas where fleas may be hiding.
- Repeat as necessary.
Tip:
Spot test a small area on light colored coats and light colored carpeting or fabric prior to using.

I have a pit bull puppy and was looking for a safe and natural product.. This product was completely ineffective and had to switch to something with more power. I wasted my money.

Not satisfactory for light colored animals
I had high hopes for a natural product, but, unfortunately, it should not be used on white or light grey dogs., because it turned my Schnauzer's hair a light shade of green, Her coat no longer sparkled.
I'm sure it would be no problem for a darker coat.r

The summer of 2013 we had a prolific flea season. My cockapoo was a magnet, despite being on Sentinal. Even the dog groomer was stunned at how many fleas found there way onto his body. After an RX of Capstar I washed everything and sprayed everything with this product. No fleas. The clove fragrance is pleasant. To prevent flea hitch hikers, before a walk I spray the dogs paws, give it a rub, then wash my hands. One year later I am still happy with this product.

Did not like it
I used this product according to directions on my 3 dogs as i am trying to get away from using chemicals on them to kill fleas and looking for something that is natural and effective for killing fleas. This product does kill fleas if sprayed directly on them but the dogs still kept itching and scratching like crazy and still had some fleas. The skin on my hands peeled from rubbing the product on them and also burned on my hands. I do not recommend this product.

Is this product safe to use on dogs with a history of seizures?

Is this product safe to use with other monthly topical flea killing medications?
I already use Frontline Plus on my dogs but need an additional spray to use during the last week and/or during a heavy infestation. Other sprays say in their advertisements that it's ok to use with monthly flea medicines. This product did not say. Does someone know?
I have used in on my dog who was infested. Our vet said it was fine to use with the flea prevention.
