tea cup concern

I have two teacup dogs each weighing 3 pounds and a cat that weighs about 12 pounds. In addition, I have two parakeets outside on patio. Neighbor has strays that carry fleas and ticks. So I am sure the yard is infested as well. Is this product safe for my teacups? They had seizures when I used a flea and tick shampoo.. Also, any suggestions on what other products I can use on cat? And what about birds and house/yard. Open to suggestions Open

Thank you for your question. Yes this product is safe for your dogs but it is not designed for cats. For cats we suggest product number 10354 and unfortunately we do not have anything for birds at this time.
