How this product should be used:

Rated 5 out of 5 by Lu from Excellent ear cleaner I have been using Oti-clens solution for about 10 years. A vet sold it to me the first time. It keeps his ears clean and infection free. I wet two cotton balls and use a q-tip to wipe the crevices inside his ears. Very easy to use.

It stopped the skaking head and droopy ears (when something is bothering their ears). Now her duaghter seems to have the same issues, and the current vet hasn't heard of it! It makes their ears smell great too!! Thanks!

Went online to find the same product, with the same ingredients and made by the same company. Found this on 1-800-PetMeds and I was VERY happy. My Labrador's ears always get infected, but now I never worry because this product works so well. You may have to use it for a few days, but it works. It doesn't have an odor and is very easy to use. The vet even comments about how clean the dog's ears look. Also tried this on a relative's dog who had a bad ear infection and they love it too. Buy it!!! Use it two times a day for about 3-4 days if your dog has an ear infection. It will work!!!! And the dog won't scratch or moan anymore!!!

does Oti-Clens kill ear mites?

No. Oti-Clens is not used to kill ear mites. You can use a product called Eradimite. This product kills ear mites and can be used in dogs and cats.

Is this the same as OtiCalm? That is what I am using on my lab right now.

I don't think it's the same as Oti Calm, but I've never used Oti Calm. Oti-Clens is liquid like, and smells nice too. It helped me get the dark dirt out of the deep areas in shepherds ears. I put about 1 tspn in the ear and rub the ear base. Let it run down into the ear. Then wipe out the ear as much as possible with a soft tissue. The older one hasn't needed anyhting for ears since I used that 5 years ago. I used it about 4 times in a month, Then stopped.
