For the quarter ending December 31, 2001, PetMed Express reported new customer growth of approximately 77,000 new customers, of which 40% of those new customers ordered through our website at www.1888PetMeds.com.
One new feature which was added to the website is the "State of the Art - Real Time" online customer service chat-line. Richard Kirsch, Director of MIS, added, "This new chat-line was created to ensure that all customer questions can be quickly answered, in real-time."
