| Giving your pet medication may not always be an easy task. But before getting frustrated, here are some options you should consider:
Crush and mix into dog's food.
Some tablets may be crushed and mixed into your dog's wet food. However, you should check first because some pills contain a medicated coating.
If you're unsure if your pet's medicine can be crushed, you can call one of our Pharmacists (1-888-738-6331) who will be happy to help.

Hide your dog's pill inside a treat or peanut butter.
You can choose to hide the pill in Greenies Pill Pockets, or wrapped inside a slice of deli meat or cheese. Some dog owners have also had success in smearing peanut butter around the pill.
