What is the Yowza! Pet Grooming Vacuum Tool?
Yowza! is a pet grooming tool that uses the suction of your vacuum cleaner to help capture excess hair and dander while grooming.

For: Dogs

Benefits:

How it works:
The teeth from the Yowza! tool grabs and removes loose and shedding hair, while the suction from the vacuum quickly captures any excess and dead hair off your pet.

Cautions: The Yowza pet grooming tool is designed to be used on your pet and should not be used on carpet or upholstered surfaces.

Directions (Attaching Yowza! to your vacuum):

•	Attach the included flexible hose to the end of the Yowza! tool.
•	Attach the end of the tool's flexible hose to your vacuum hose. If it does not fit, try both adapters to see which one best fits your vacuum model. The adapter's wide end attaches to the tool's flexible hose and the narrow end attaches to your vacuum hose.
•	Your hose may fit inside or over the adapter depending on your vacuum. The two parts should fit together snugly without using excessive force. They should overlap at least 1/2 inch.
•	Use the Yowza! tool with your vacuum turned on and suction directed to the hose.

Directions (Grooming your dog):

•	Run the grooming tool through your pet's coat.
•	Begin at the neck and pull towards the tail. No pressure is needed.
•	The "teeth" will grab and remove loose and shedding hair and the vacuum's suction will whisk the hair away.
•	For heavy shedding, brush again in the opposite directions.

Tip: Avoid any sensitive areas and do not use the grooming tool on your pet's face, ears or tail.

Great product! This thing works so well! I made sure my vacuum bucket was empty before I used it. After grooming my black lab it was half full. It got so much loose hair off of him. He was very frisky after his grooming which told me he was happy! 09/08/2012

Grooming Made Easy We have a six year old Golden Retriever named Bear. The summers (and some winters) are so hot and humid here in the south that Bear spends a lot of time indoors. The YOWZA has been a lifesaver in keeping Bear's constant shedding in check. It is so easy that the kids fight over whose turn it is to "brush" the dog! Bear loves it too as he doesn't scratch nearly as much as before the YOWZA . It works so well that I just ordered another one for our weekend home on our local lake. 02/13/2012

Not so good for my dog I have a Cavalier King Charles that has a very dense and long haired coat. While this product is a good concept, it does not do well on Maggie. The "teeth" on the grooming tool does not penetrate her coat deep enough therefore no hair was going into the vacuum cleaner. I am not giving this product a bad review, it just didn't work for my dog. 11/20/2011

Dogs Love It! I just used the Yowza for the first time this morning. Knowing my dogs usually have no fear of the vacuum, I was hoping they would also love being groomed with this tool. I was very pleased! I have 2 golden retrievers, and both acted like they didn't want me to stop. It makes me feel better about being able to keep my house cleaner, as well as the dogs. 09/03/2010

yowza-best invention since sliced bread My dogs hate the vacuum and bite it when I turn it on and then run for cover.My husband took my Australian cattle healers out in the garage and used the hair brush ( without the vacuum )to aquaint them. Then he hooked it up to our shop vac which is a lot less noisy than the house vacuum and the dogs didn't even flinch. They laid down and one of them rolled over. They actually enjoyed the vacuum brush combo and it removes loose dirt and dander as well. The amount of hair revealed inside the vacuum let's us know we are preventing a good deal of the loose hair from making it into the house. A very logical simple idea that is great. 5 Stars 08/09/2010

Does it work on Great Pyrenees?

Dog hair EVERYWHERE. Great Pyrenees are known to have 2 coats of fur. Will this work on her 2 coats?
